Our huge 7 bedroom / 3 bathroom rental house has 2 bedrooms downstairs and a further 5 bedrooms upstairs. To the rear of the house is a lake (ideal for fishing) and behind that is a beautiful wooded conservation area so you are not overlooked as you relax by the 30 x 17 foot pool.
This house is Huge! It is one of the biggest houses in the Orlando area and ideal for large groups of people!

A massive south facing pool and Jacuzzi spa (screen enclosed to keep insects out and let the sun in), overlooks a lake and beautiful wooded conservation area - Imagine floating around in the pool watching the wildlife roam the woods behind you....
The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort and can be set to a temperature to suit you.
There are TV's and DVD players in all the other bedrooms, making 9 TV's and 8 DVD's in total.
Downstairs Living Area This is situated to the back of the house and is absolutely massive. It has a huge open area above which lets in lots of lovely Florida sunshine! It is very stylish and comfortably furnished to a very high standard. It has a HUGE 61" flat screen TV, DVD Player, video player, music system and lots more. We have a selection of DVD's for guests to use. One of the sofa's folds out to provide a good sized sofa bed. A ceiling fan hangs overhead to keep you all cool while you relax in our comfortable villa.
There are two separate dining areas, one situated by the pool entrance and one at the front of the house. Both are adjacent to the kitchen area. The dining areas contain a dining table and 6 chairs each.
The kitchen has everything you are ever likely to need - large self cleaning oven, microwave, huge fridge / freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc etc.
Just off the kitchen is the Utility Room which contains a large washing machine and separate dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can keep on top of your groups washing and return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!
Upstairs Living Area The upstairs living area is really designed for the children and teenagers in your group. It contains a comfortable sofa, TV, video player and Playstation 2 with a selection of games.
Games Room We have a fully equipped Games Room with Pool, Air Hockey and Foosball. Our guests tell us that the games room is great as their children just disappear for hours on end in there, leaving the grown-up's to relax and enjoy the rest of the facilities the house provides.
Master Suite The master suite is HUGE. It has a US King Size bed (6ft wide), two walk in closets, cable TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. It looks out over the beautiful lake and conservation view. The en-suite bathroom has a massive walk-in shower, separate toilet, two vanity units and a big oval bath tub.
Master Bedroom 2 This is another huge room and also contains a US King Size bed (6ft wide), cable TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. It looks out over the beautiful lake and conservation view.
Bedroom 3 This room contains a Queen size bed (roughly the same as a UK King size), cable TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. It looks out over the front of the house.
Bedroom 4 This room contains a Double bed (roughly the same as a UK Double size), cable TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. It is situated downstairs and looks out over the pool area and spa to the rear of the house.
Bedroom 5 This room contains twin beds, cable TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. It looks out over the front of the house.
Bedroom 6 This room contains twin beds, cable TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. It is situated downstairs and looks out over the front of the house.
Bedroom 7 This room contains twin beds, cable TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. It looks out over the front of the house.
Pool Area and Spa / Jacuzzi The house offers a huge pool area, containing a massive 30' by 17' pool and big spa / jacuzzi. We have extended the decking so there is plenty of space for your group to relax on our comfortable chairs and sun loungers. The pool area overlooks a beautiful lake and conservation / wooded area and is a great place to watch the Florida wildlife as well as to relax and soak up the sun.
Local Management Company Our local Management Team live just minutes away from the house and are available to help you with any questions you may have during your stay. They are contactable in emergencies 24/7 to give you that peace of mind that you will be looked after on your vacation.
The home is one of the largest in the Orlando area. All the rooms are spacious allowing several families to spread out without getting under each others feet. Other amenities:

This villa is extremely popular and books up well in advance. Please don't ask for a lower rate as we have no need to offer discounts.
The prices are for the villa, not per person.
Please add 13% Sales Tax to the above prices.
There is an additional charge of $22 / £14 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months.
We take bookings from Saturday - Saturday only.
