POOLSIDE VILLAOur fully air conditioned luxury villa, offers all the benefits of home and much, much, more. 4 bedrooms including 2 superb master suites (1 king and 1 queen), 3 baths, Whirlpool tub in Master, 2 beautiful living areas and a fully fitted kitchen. Inside, many pictures, plants and designer decorations complete a real luxury Florida feel. Cable TV in all rooms and a PC offering "always-on" high-speed Internet access. We also provide free Local & International Telephone calls. Outside, the over-sized deck faces south, is fully screened, surrounded by many colourful shrubs/planting and offers a 13' x 26' pool with spa. There is a two car garage with an electronic up/over door. The Resort clubhouse offers all guests free use of a number of recreational activities. These include a resort-style swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, tennis, clubhouse with gym, billiards, movies and Internet access.

Many pictures, plants and designer decorations complete a real Florida feel whilst ceramic tiling in all living areas add to the feeling of luxury.PEACE OF MIND:Our Management company is available 24hrs a day to offer any assistance you may require.RECREATION:The on-site Resort clubhouse offers all guests free use of a number of recreational activities. These include, a resort-style swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, tennis, clubhouse with billiards, movies and Internet access.SLEEPING (4-beds/3-baths):Master 1 has a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe closet, bedside cabinet, large dressing table and mirror. The en-suite features his & hers sinks, over-sized garden tub bath with jetted spa and separate shower. This master overlooks the pool area through large patio doors and door access directly to the pool from the en-suite. Master 2 features a king size bed and large walk in wardrobe closet. The en-suite has both an over-sized garden tub bath and separate shower unit. The remaining two bedrooms are both twins with 2 beds and large wardrobe closets. Both rooms are served by the remaining bathroom with a walk-in shower.RELAXING:The large 13 x 26 south-facing pool with spa is ideal for relaxing and cooling off. (pool heating is available) The over-sized deck area is fully screened and is surrounded by many colourful shrubs. It has outside lighting allowing evening entertainment and a shaded area for protection from the sun. The deluxe pool furniture includes 4 padded chairs, table and 4 loungers.Inside there is a large family room with 2 comfortable sofas; one of which is a sofa bed, coffee tables and an Entertainment unit. For peace and quiet the formal living area is at the front of the villa with 2 large sofas, one of which is an additional sofa bed and a Play station 2 console with 2 controllers. In the Family room you will find the computer offering an "always-on" high-speed Internet facility.COOKING:All the appliances you need, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large American fridge/freezer. The sink includes a water filter system and waste disposal. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses and plastic-ware are provided. EATING:Choose from the dining table with seating for four in the formal dining area or the kitchen table offering seating for 6 plus stools at the nearby breakfast bar. Don't forget you can even dine poolside.TELEVISION:Every bedroom has a cable television with the twin rooms also having video players for the children. A large 27" TV and DVD player are situated in the family room. There is an additional television in the formal living area. Music can be played through the CD stereo if preferred.BABIES & TODDLERS:Are more than welcome. Please ask for anything you need. There is a cot, high chair and lots of extra sheets and blankets, etc available.SAFETY & SECURITY:Everything you would expect from a newly built Villa. Smoke detectors are fitting throughout and back-up with a fire extinguisher and emergency lighting. The windows all have locks and all exterior doors are fitted with deadbolt locks.A security safe is provided for your valuables.UTILITIES:The laundry room has a full size washing machine and drier, complete with iron and ironing board is situated just off the kitchen area. All bed linens, towels and beach towels are included.
