If you are looking for another villa due to the size of your party, we own the following villas as below which are located in Crescent Lakes and within a very short walk of each other. Both our villas have a top rating are are highly regarded for their quality and location compared to other villas. We monitor hundreds of enquiries from site visitors and take note of feedback we receive, in order to ensure we offer as many requested features as possible in each villa.
In general villas do not have a star rating, but if they did then our villas would be classed as top 5* accommodation. Ours are not the cheapest villas around, but if you are looking for comfort and luxury in top class accommodation then stay in one of our villas as you really do get what you pay for! (48 or 830) The Pool Area We decided to invest a lot of extra money in the pool area to provide the best possible for our guests. The back of the house is South facing so the pool area gets the sun all day. The pool area is not over looked from any direction, so you can be assured of complete privacy as you lounge by the pool. We designed the pool ourselves, and the following summary shows some of the great features we added: Included a separate child pool with max depth of 1 foot, with water fall in to the main pool Added a water fall that the kids love, to the side of the main pool Included an extra-large heatable Jacuzzi / Spa / Hot Tub, again with water fall flowing in to the main pool Installed bright, coloured pool lamps, that at night can be set to change colour at set intervals giving the pool an extra-special feel. Included plenty of padded pool loungers and chairs and a table and picnic bench The House Our villa is one of the largest in the Orlando area. All the rooms are spacious allowing several families to spread out without getting under each others feet. We have invested heavily in the entertainment aspect to help keep you and the kids occupied whilst not out at the parks. The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort and can be set to a temperature to suit you. The downstairs living area has a massive TV with Playstation 2, huge games library, DVD and Video. We offer a large DVD movie selection for your enjoyment during your stay. There are TVs with cable in all the bedrooms, making 9 TVs in total. The upstairs living area has TV and DVD and another Play Station 2 as well as a high speed Internet PC with fast Internet access, a selection of memory card readers and a CD burner. There are two dining areas which is ideal when there are 2 or more families. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and en-suite bathroom upstairs, then a second Master Bedroom with King Size bed. In total there are 3 King beds, 1 Queen Bed, and 3 twin bedrooms. A large sofa bed in the downstairs living area comfortably sleeps two people. We have provided GPS Satellite Navigation for you use during your stay, and to help keep the kids entertained if you are driving further afield, a Nintendo DS and a portable DVD player. Also provided are 2 mobile cell phones (pay as you go) with free calls between them. These are excellent if you want to split your group within the parks for contacting each other at any time. The cell phones can of course be used for receiving or calling any other mobile or land line number at current AT&T calling rates. We aim to make payment as easy as possible. We take credit / debit card, US check or UK cheque. There is an additional charge of $22 / £14 per day should you require pool heating. Minimum one week and usually only required during the winter months. Once you decide to stay in our house you will be required to pay $150 / £100 per week deposit / down payment to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 5 weeks prior to your vacation. A security deposit of $250 / £200 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay.
