The house is fully licensed and approved by the State of Florida to sleep up to 10 - we have provided for babies too. Our house has so many complimentary ‘extras’ for enjoyment - many you’ll see in our photos. And, for the keen golfer, we're close to many prestigious golf courses too!

The house is just 8 miles west of Disney in the exclusive community of Glenbrook…from the Clubhouse you can often hear and see the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and guests have seen the shuttle ‘lift off’ from our front garden.

Just 8 miles from our house(approx 10 minutes) to Disney, it is close to all the major attractions as well as a supermarket within walking distance, banks, post office, pharmacies, eateries. It is situated on Glenbrook, a small exclusive community with beautiful palm tree lined roads, which is safe and well maintained. It also has a Clubhouse and Clubhouse manager to assist Glenbrook guests.

Sunshine Palms is designed on one floor with 2000 square feet boasting high vaulted ceilings and bright spacious rooms: four excellently equipped bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two master en-suites), two lounges, a south facing private pool and spa,

Finding our home is easy with on-site key collection thus avoiding the need to search for an off-site management office.

Quiet Lounge
This bright room greets you as you enter the house - carpeted for comfort with attractive settees, including one that becomes a queen sofa bed. There's a PC with high speed internet (with Internet Explorer, MSN Live, Skype, email and other software set up ‘ready to go’) and wi-fi for those bringing their own laptops and books for all ages. Located the PC here gives easy access for all guests.

Formal Dining area
Comfortably seating for four not far from the kitchen so food stays hot.

The Kitchen
At the heart of the home its designed to make your vacation easier. There’s everything you’d expect: from a microwave to a dishwasher, a blender to a waste disposal, an ice-maker to an electric kettle and teapot, ample china and so you don’t have to keep returning to the dishwasher, including plastic glasses and tumblers for use outside by the pool. ....Imagine peacefully breakfasting on the pool deck in the warm morning sunshine at the start of the day...

There's also a breakfast bar with seating for two – kids love using these.

Informal dining area
This easily seats 6 adults, but with chairs from the formal dining room and/or breakfast bar, up to 10 (plus a baby) can eat together in this area - great for those special occasions such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. A high chair is provided for very important younger guest too an we have booster seats for dining to help toddlers too.

Family Room
Leading from the informal dining room this room is designed to be light, with ample space and seating for guests to chill. Situated here is the large TV with cable TV /VCR/DVD/ Stereo System/Playstation 2/board games/playing cards etc.

And remember the telephone to make those free long distant or international calls - quicker than sending a postcard!

First Master Bedroom En-suite
This elegant golden room has a US king size bed, walk-in wardrobe (useful for storing suitcases) and a 19" TV cable/VCR and an electronic clock. The en-suite has a large luxurious corner bath tub, walk-in shower and dressing lights as well as a hair dryer for convenience.

Second Master Bedroom En-suite
Tastefully designed in rich tones, there is a US queen size bed, overlooking the gleaming pool through patio doors. With a walk-in wardrobe (again ideal for storing suitcases) and a large dresser with a 19" TV with cable and VCR, electronic clock and telephone. The en-suite has two sinks (his and hers), dressing lights, large bath tub, walk-in shower and a hair dryer to your make your life easier. There is also very useful access from the bathroom to the pool area.

Twin 3rd and 4th Bedrooms
These beautiful rooms, both twins, are tastefully designed to suit all ages, from young children through to adults, with cable TV/DVDs/electric digital clocks.

Family Bathroom
This has a large walk-in shower, dressing lights and another a hair dryer provided for your use.

A baby cot/crib is provided for our young visitors and there is room for this any of our bedrooms. (More cots/cribs can be hired if required). We also have a toddler safety bed rails which can be used on any of the single beds, 2 booster seats for toddlers, strollers and a baby monitor.

We provide all bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Laundry Room
This room is air conditioned and has a separate washer, dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. A door leads to the double garage with an electrically operated external door for your easy use.

The Garage
Here you will find our games area added for your pleasure and fun: table tennis, foosball and electronic darts. Additional games - pool and air hockey are at the Glenbrook Clubhouse.

South Facing Pool,Spa and Garden
If the games sound too energetic, why not sit back on our south facing pool deck and enjoy the view of the garden or watch your children playing in the pool? Florida glass adds privacy with an 8ft rear hedge. If you bring your own laptop you may be able to ‘surf’ using our wireless network by the pool! Our south facing pool and spa (which can be heated and has a pool cover to keep it warm in the cooler months) is filtered and kept clean by professionals.

The pool furniture is plentiful and has been upgraded to give comfort and enjoyment: padded sun beds, chairs, stools, two umbrellas, towel drier. Florida glass around the screen adds to your privacy … A safety screen in front of the pool/spa is provided for your use to protect babies, children and non-swimmers (safety screen alternative to pool alarms opened). The safety screen may be taken down at your discretion, if not required. The home security system also lets you know when an external door has been opened (a gently voice informs you) … useful if you’ve young guests in the house.

Outside lighting by the lanai covered pool gives you privacy to enjoy warm evenings. We supply a BBQ grill for 'al fresco' dining. The gardensat Glenbrook are maintained by our gardeners who cut the grass regularly, look after our palm trees ensuring Glenbrook looks attractive throughout the year.

Glenbrook Club House
Just two minutes walk away or a very short drive, the Clubhosue has a Gym Room, a children's play area with swings, slide, climbing wall and ropes, a DVD/PS2 games library for guests (DVDs can can be watched in the media room with a large TV/movie system or in our house), additional PC/high speed broadband internet and wireless hotspot connectivity, a pool table and air hockey table. Alongside the club house is an additional communal pool, tennis and volley ball courts. Great ways to spend some time playing a friendly set or two, or working off those excess pounds in the Gym Room! There are also fishing rods available for use on Glenbrook's own lake... all this free to our guests. Also check out the Glenbrook Clubhouse events that may run during your stay.

Looking after you whilst at our house is our local management company (whom we trust and have been with for many years) to look after you and our house whilst you enjoy your stay. If anything unexpected happens whilst at our house they are there to assist you.

We've designed our home to give a comfortable, yet luxurious experience, with extra touches for that special vacation. We hope we have created your own private retreat after a busy day enjoying Central Florida.
