LocationThe Abbey at WestHaven is a quiet exclusive community, situated on the south side of the CR54 by the prestigious Champion's Gate Golf Resort. The moment you turn into West Haven you will sense what a truly special place this is with brickpaver walkways and spectacular landscaping. You enter The Abbey through electric gates - offering privacy and that extra peace of mind. There are just 58 executive homes located in a single road and designed so that no homes back onto others. Our home overlooks the stunning conservation area so you are not overlooked at the rear. You can watch the wonderful sunrises as the mist starts to rise from the conservation area - you may even see the Hot Air Balloons taking off in the distance. Disney is just 10 minutes away and Universal 20 mins.Superb location for golf enthusiasts with Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve and Orange County National courses just minutes away.Family RoomThis open plan living area is so different to anything you would find in the UK. Triple glass sliding doors look out over the lanai and pool to the conservation area. There is a magnificent open-plan staircase climbing to the first floor. Two sofa's and an armchair await you at the end of a long day at the Parks or on the Golf Course and you have the choice of watching the 27" large screen cable TV or alternatively relax watching one of the DVD's. 1st Master BedroomHas a massive American king-size bed with luxury gold and cream bed linens, cushions and drapes. On the dresser you will find your own 19"cable TV & DVD player. A telephone, clock radio and hairdryer are also provided. There are double sliding glass doors giving you your own private access to yhe lanai & pool. To the other side of the bedroom is a corridor with a built in wardrobe, a WC room and at the end of the corridor is the corner tub, a massive walk in shower and of course his & her sinks.Pool & JacuzziThere is a beautiful tiled pool 28ft x 14ft with underwater lighting and plenty of inflatable's for your use. Adjacent to the pool is a 7ft spa with a waterfall running into the pool. In the cooler months the pool and spa can be heated - additional charge will apply.There is an exceptional spacious pool deck massive 36ft by 8ft covered lanai with a table and chairs, an exterior fan is also fitted for those times in the day when you have had enough sun and require that extra breeze. This area can also be used for outside dining for those special Florida evenings & mornings.The pool area is fully screened to minimise nuisance from insects and there is plenty of poolside furniture /recliners to relax on and soak up that Florida sunshine and we have even extended the deck so you can catch those rays all day long.To save having to go back into the main house there are full bathroom facilities on the deck including a cabana shower.Games AreaHere you will find an professional 8ft slate bed pool/billiard table with overhead lighting. 6ft table tennis table, electronic darts and a combination table for our younger guests. This area is a real hit with all our guests and is ideal for those dark evenings. KitchenEverything you could want: new large fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher & waste disposal. All house wares are already there for your use ranging from dinnerware for 12 people, electric kettle, coffee maker, waffle maker, corkscrew to plastic tumblers and plates for those younger people.A breakfast bar & stools provides an informal eating area that separates the kitchen and dining room. A CD player is also located here with a choice of CD's. The dining room includes a large table with 8 chairs looking out through the double sliding doors to the pool and wildlife/conservation area.Loft Lounge This is the chill out area having a magnificent view of the conservation area and also the open plan lounge and dining area below. There is a plush sofa which converts into a bed in case of need, elegant designer coffee table and lamps. Computer with high speed Wireless Internet Access or alternatively you can bring your own laptop and connect to the Wireless Internet.Upstairs Master BedroomThis accessed by its own gallery walkway and occupies the whole of one side of the villa upstairs. There is a queen sized bed, a dresser, 19" cable TV, telephone and hairdryer. There is also a large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with WC, bath with shower over and washbasin.Queen bedroomThis is located at the front of the house and we have just put in a new Queen size bed, large chest of drawers, lamps, clothes closet and of course a 13" cable TV, DVD player and hairdryer.Pooh BearLocated at the front of the house you will find this themed room. There is a clothes closet, chest of drawers and even a 13" cable TV. Children's games, jigsaws, books and lots of Disney toys are provided to keep everyone happy.Twin BedroomFurnished with twin beds, large chest of drawers, clothes closet, 13" cable TV, Play Station 2 console with 2 controllers and games are included.BathroomsThere are a further two bathrooms both have 'his & her' sinks, toilet, bath with shower over.Other facilitiesA further half bathroom is located downstairs with a WC & hand basin.Utility area with a heavy duty washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.The house has an emergency lighting system in the event of power failure. Monitored security alarm system is installed. All doors to the pool and lanai are alarmed in order to give parents of children that extra peace of mind. There are plenty of coat hangers, towels, pool towels and spare bed linen available. Our Villa is fully licensed for Short Term Rental with the local authorities.This is a fantastic & stunning villa, we fell in love with the villa & community as soon as we saw it. All of our guests have said what a wonderful place it is and we are sure that you will have a fabulous vacation here with many happy memories. Previous Guest CommentsWhat a wonderful 2 weeks we had in your Villa, our family of 12 found there was plenty of room to spread out and relax after our hectic days around Disneyland,there were so many games and facilities provided.The swimming pool was well used, especially by the Grandchildren. We found the villa clean and Comfortable, extremely well provided with all aids to comfort and for the enjoyment for the holiday of a Lifetime.Finding hard to describe just how wonderful a time we have had here. The villa is gorgeous and we have enjoyed a wonderful sunrise. The kid's haven't been out of the pool and the grown up's have made the most of the Jacuzzi....Thank you for allowing us to use your villa ...your home made it special. Everything in the villa worked wonderfully...we'd definitely recommend your villa to anyone......Thank you so much for letting us share your wonderful home.
