Our family group of ten, six adults and four children, had a wonderful time in this beautifully equipped and spacious villa. The pool was great and the location ideal, near to the parks at Disney and Universal Studios. We couldn't fault it and would certainly commend it to others.

Sunshine View Villa is truely amazing, situated in a private gated community. The neighbourhood felt safe & extra security measures installed in the villa made my family feel secure at all times. The villa is beautiful, clean & maintained to the highest of standards. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is well equipped & super comfortable beds. A large property with a gorgeous pool. The surroundings & gardens are immaculate. A quiet location, but close to attractions. The owners Mike & Michelle are so kind & thoughtful to your every needs, thank you so much. We will definitely booking again.

Had a really good fortnight at Sunshine View. Villa is in an ideal location for the Disney / Universal Theme Parks and shopping malls with good access to the highways and interstates. The villa is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Overall had an excellent holiday and can't recommend it enough.

We have been visiting Orlando since 1997 and have had the pleasure of staying in some wonderful villas in great locations but can honestly say that Sunshine View outshines them all. The villa itself is beautiful both on the outside and inside and is maintained to an extremely high standard, providing everything you could possibly need or want and much much more. The pool deck is exceptional offering spectacular views over the conservation area and has the sun all day. The owners Mike and Michelle were great to deal with and made our booking effortless. On arrival we received not only a welcome pack but a greetings card from the owners wishing us a great holiday and thanking us for our booking. This was such a nice personal touch and very much appreciated by all. The thanks however are from us to Mike and Michelle for allowing us the opportunity to stay in their wonderful villa and this will most definitely be our first choice of accommodation on our next visit. Once again many thanks from the McKeever family. Hope to return in the not too distant future and will be in touch.

What a fantastic villa with a wonderful pool. It is very well equipped with everything you might need. Lots of space and large rooms. Perfect location in Davenport, not far from the parks. Michelle And Mike have been very helpful throughout and I would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you for letting us use your wonderful home.

We stayed in this villa in March 2019 and could not of asked for a better home for our holiday. The whole process of reserving the property was easy from start to finish. Every aspect of the rental was covered by the information provided and Mike and Michelle were very responsive in confirming the reservation and receipt of funds. The villa itself is in a lovely gated community which was super easy to find following the directions given. It is ideal for Disney and Universal, taking 15/20mins and 25mins. The villa is extremely spacious and clean and has everything you could need whilst away. The pool was lovely, clean and warm (we did pay to have it heated) and was used every day. The games room is an added bonus to amuse both kids and adults. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful Villa We arrived on the 28/7/2018 with 8 guests ranging from 8 Years old to 75 Years old The Villa was very clean on our arrival and the food package we ordered was already sitting in the fridge The villa was much bigger than expected allowing us to have our own separate space when required but also allowing us to come together as a family when required The pool area is fantastic allowing the children to play in the pool whilst we were able to sit on the sun loungers keeping an eye on them The parks are very close ( Disney 15 Mins & Universal 30 Mins away so access to the parks was very easy and as its in a gated community you felt very safe from the outset Michelle & Nike were also very helpful answering any questions that I had leading up to our holiday All in all a excellent villa and would have no hesitation in recommending this to family and friends

We have been renting numerous Florida villas over the years , this one, is honestly right up there with the best. It is in a super location ,overlooking a conservation area and is extremely well equipped with everything you need young or old to have a great stay there, nothing seems to have been overlooked.The owners Mike and Michelle were very easy to communicate with and provided us with all the information necessary to help us enjoy our stay.If you like a villa with a large sunny patio area with a big pool this is the one . Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa with excellent facilities, all of a very high standard at a very reasonable price. This is the 6th time we have been to Florida and Sunshine Villa is the best accommodation we have stayed in. The owners are extremely helpful. If we go back next year I would not hesitate to book this villa.

You’ll go far to find a better family oriented property. Great location and very clean and spacious. The grandkids loved the pool so much you could not get them out and now want one back home. The owners and the management company bend over backwards and always looking after the client 10/10.

Everything was so easy to arrange with Michelle. Clear and concise details of what was needed to complete the booking and then precise directions and instructions about arriving at the villa. We were a party of 5 Adults and 3 children (6 to 10), there was ample space and very comfortable furnishings. When the kids weren't in the pool they took advantage of the games consoles and the numerous dvds. Travel to the Parks is easy, and many restaurants within 10 minutes, either along the 192 or down the 27. A really good holiday was had and the villa certainly played a big part in that!

My family, and I, over the years have rented many houses in the Disney area, most of which were decent. This house surpassed, by far, all of the others! Every amenity you would ever want in a "home away from home" is present, making it a wonderful vacation living space. Kudos to the Waldens for providing us with living quarters that added so much to our most enjoyable vacation experience. Bill Meyers
