Modern luxurious two storey family home fitted to the highest possible standards.

The villa contains everything a modern family needs, including 42" plasma, surround sound home theatre system in the living room. DVD/ Video player and cable TV in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, massive pantry housing a large washing machine and tumble dryer and a games room with Play Station and a high spec PC with broadband connection and a wireless network that offers coverage all through the house, and even out to the pool!

The 30' swimming pool has extended decking to enable children to play comfortably, whilst the 8 person jacuzzi allows the adults to relax! The pool backs onto a large garden that runs into conservation woodland, ensuring privacy.

Comfortably sleeping 10, the villa offers maximum flexibility with beds that convert to bunks and a cot, highchair and stroller available.

The attractive houses in Liberty Village are built around beautiful lakes and this gorgous villa backs on to a wonderfully wild woodland area and therefore there is no fear of being overlooked whilst you are in our large pool or Jacuzzi.

It is a private home that our family use most of the year, however, we sometimes have to work! and therefore we rent the spare time out and a close family friend manages our home when we are unable to use it. As a result the holiday home is equipped with every thing our family likes to use, and we're therefore sure it will meet your own holiday requirements.

GROUND FLOOR:

Living Room
Open the front door and walk into this light and roomy living area, with bright modern decor and brand new furniture, to say nothing of views of both the front garden and the pool area.

The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts into a double bed. A massive 42" Plasma TV with DVD and Video player, and a surround sound, home theatre system provides the focal point for the room and we have subscribed to the full range of cable TV services.

Dining Room
The dining room is strategically placed between the living room and the kitchen to ensure the food doesn't get too cold! The room also has access to the pool area via the large french windows, and therefore has gorgeous views of the conservation area that backs onto our garden and pool area.

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with all the 'white goods' you'd expect such as a large self cleaning cooker, a grill, a microwave, huge fridge with external ice and drinks dispenser etc, and of-course, a dish washer to save getting those newly tanned hands dirty!
We have also supplied a full range of professional quality saucepans and other cooking tools, as well as a selection of plates, bowls etc for in door and out door use.

Pantry
This really is a ridiculously large room for you to store all your food! However, it also acts as a fully functioning laundry, with a large up right washing machine and a tumble drier (to save you having to hang the towels out to dry!)

Powder Room
A strategically placed room just off the living room and within only a short walk of the pool area.

FIRST FLOOR:

Master Bedroom
Not only is it absolutely huge, (you could host a party with plenty of people dancing in this room!) but also beautifully appointed, and to top it all, it has stunning views of the pool, garden and 'conservation area' woods.
The master bathroom is located at one end of the room. There is also direct access to the computer room, so the kids can play on the internet to their hearts' content without disturbing everyone else in the rest of the house!

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located at the front of the house and therefore doesn't have quite the quality of views available in the other rooms, but it makes up for this with the number of windows which ensure this is a very light and attractive room.
The two single beds offer a range of options from bunk beds through to a large double when they are pulled together.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has the same lovely views over the pool, garden and woods as the main and fourth bedrooms. The decor is bright and child friendly. As with the other bedrooms there is plenty of hanging space in the 'built-in' closet, and the chest of drawers offer storage as well as a useful TV rest!

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located at the top of the stairs, between the main and third bedrooms and as a result has the same attractive views over the pool, garden and woods.

Bathroom
The second upstairs bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms and within a few feet of the fourth bedroom. The bathroom has a large bath, a powerful shower, sink, and toilet of course.

Computer room
The computer room is located off the main bedroom. The computer is very high spec' with almost 1gb of RAM, a 64mb Graphics card and plenty of hard drive to enable the gaming fanatics to have a wonderful time. On top of that we have purchased a 512kb, always-on, ADSL package (broadband) package from a local supplier. Guests can therefore surf the web (or play games with mates back in the UK) at high speed, for as long as they want at no extra cost. The room also has a PlayStation 2, with a number of games, and a large Television. And finally there is a stereo system,with cd, mp3 etc player, and is connected to the internet, so you can listen to the radio from home whilst playing on the PlayStation!

OUTDOOR AREA:

The swimming pool area is the high point for the villa.

The pool itself is not only beautiful but also 28 feet long and 14 feet wide, thereby offering plenty of space to cool down after spending all day in the Floridian sun.
The six seater Jacuzzi offers you the opportunity to relax those aching muscles whilst sipping a cool drink and watching the sun set over the wood at the bottom of the garden.
