Relax after a day in the theme parks with a refreshing dip in your own private pool or lie back and let the bubbling jacuzzi revive your tired feet. In the evening there is the amazing colour changing light system for the pool & spa - choose your favourite colour or let it change automatically as you swim. The children will love it.
And for the sports fans in the family we have digital cable with great sports coverage including the Barclays Premier League, Scottish Premier league Football - European football and US sports coverage - on ESPN, ESPN2 and Fox Soccer Channel.

Our gorgeous executive quality villa is fully air-conditioned and features a private heated pool & jacuzzi/spa surrounded by an extended pool deck. The pool area is fully screened and luxuriously furnished with four top quality padded loungers and five padded chairs for your comfort. Perfect for drinks by the pool or just relaxing with a good book.
Master Suite
The huge master suite features a US king-sized bed, large screen Cable TV (with remote control of course) and a radio/alarm so you don't miss your golf tee time or that early start for the theme parks.
The luxurious ensuite has an indulgent roman tub bath - bring your favourite bubbles, large walk-in shower, His & Hers wash basins with complimentary hairdryer and plenty of storage space. Lots of fluffy white towels are also supplied.
The floors of all the bedrooms and bathrooms have been fully tiled for your convenience.
Mickey & Friends Themed Bedroom
Our Mickey & Friends themed bedroom features twin 'Mickey Ears' wrought-iron beds which will delight Disney lovers of all ages. Just perfect for the children who will also enjoy the Cable TV (with remote) with Playstation 2 and DVD and of course a selection of PS2 games. There is a built-in wardrobe for your holiday clothes. Look out for all the little Disney touches like our Mickey lamp, Ears rug and of course Mickey & his plush friends are all here to welcome you.
Double Bedroom
Our pretty Double Bedroom is a comfortable room with full size bed, Cable TV and VCR (with remote). There is plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe in the large built-in cupboard and dresser.
Blue Bedroom
A lovely room, stylishly furnished with twin beds, Cable TV (with remote). There is ample storage space in the built-in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom
A clean, bright bathroom with full bath and shower, wash basin with 'Hollywood-style' lighting over and complimentary hairdryer. Plus of course more of those fluffy white towels.
Lounge
Relax on our new luxury leather sofas in the lounge and watch our fabulous Large Screen LCD flat screen TV with DVD and VCR with digital cable and great sports coverage. For your convenience a telephone with all calls free. This includes Disney num - bers so you can call to check park opening/closing times, make reservations or just get more information. And our fantastic local management company are also just a free phone call away if you need them.

It has a large pantry and plenty of storage space.

The back door leads to the Games Room with Pool table & American Football Game, Fussball & Magnetic Darts. A table and chairs are also provided.

If you've been out all day at the theme parks or busy on the golf course you'll need somewhere to cool off and relax and our pool area is the perfect place. Or just spend the day relaxing in the Florida sun. Whichever is your idea of a perfect holiday you'll love our pool area.
Surrounded by hedging and landscaped with Palm trees you'll wonder how you ever managed without your own pool and jacuzzi spa.
Take a dip whenever you feel like it. There's never a queue for our jacuzzi spa - just step right in. Enjoy the coloured lighting at night. It's the perfect spot to sit and relax with a drink in the evening while the kids are safely tucked up in bed.

Garden
Outside we have a nice corner plot which is on the edge of the community so very private. The landscaped gardens provide privacy plus a touch of Florida with our beautiful palm trees.
Security
For your safety the villa features a monitored alarm system and smoke detectors. It also has alarms on the doors to the pool to protect small children.
A safe is installed for your use free of charge.
Childrens Equipment
If you are bringing young children you'll be pleased to know that we provide baby equipment totally free of charge. A Cot (Travel Crib Styel), High-Chair, Stroller are all supplied.
All Linens for the crib are provided.
Esprit Community
The villa is in the community of Esprit - which is 12 minutes west of Disney. In a few minutes you can be on the I4 aswell which takes you up to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and many other attractions.
Esprit community has a large communal pool and cabana, tennis and basketball courts aswell as its own par 54 executive golf course.
There is a fishing boardwalk and boat ramp to Lake Davenport - a beautiful conservation area. Fishing licenses are available locally.
A bank, gas station, mini mart, Subway and small shopping plaza are available by the entrance. Larger stores - Publix, Walmart and Winn Dixie both within two minutes.

Paperwork & Getting the Keys
We will supply you with detailed directions on how to find the villa and complete all the paperwork before you set off for your vacation.
The keys are in a lockbox at the villa so you can drive straight there - absolutely no need to go anywhere else to collect keys or complete paperwork.

Bookings can start and end on any day of the week.
Bookings of less than 5 days welcome but will incur a cleaning fee of £60 (US$90).
Payments
We aim to be as flexible as possible to make your payment trouble free.
Payments accepted in either UK£ or US$.
We accept payment by US check, UK cheques or International Money Order.
We can also accept payment in US Dollars by Mastercard or Visa - a surcharge of 4.5% is added for credit card payments. (This facility is available to UK guests but you would need to pay the US dollar rate).
No need to leave a large security deposit - instead of charging a large security deposit against damage, we make a small charge of $54/£36 for an insurance policy which covers you against any accidental damage at the villa.
