Our villa is situated on the prestigious 24hour security gated community of Emerald Island which is two miles from Disney and close to the other famous attractions such as universal.
Our plot, has a southern facing pool area and backs up to conservation land with marvelous views over the rooftops of other homes.
FULLY AIR CONDITIONED
Our home is fully air conditioned, which is ideal for keeping cool from the Florida Heat, also can provide heating- if needed.

After a tiring time at the Floridian Attractions, what more do you need than a soak/swim in our massive pool that is also 3ft to 7ft deep.
Following your swim enter the separately heated raised bubbly spa for 6 people, to make you feel totally invigorated, ready for your next adventure.

A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure the home
Cleaning Fee for stays of 6 nights or less is $90.00
9th/10th Guest charge of $70.00 per guest, per week will be added.
A refundable damage deposit is payable: $500/£350 due 21 days prior to the holiday. This is refunded assuming no damage occurs
