Larger than a hotel suite, 1874 sq ft, please look around this spacious, comfortable and quiet home, which you could rent for a fantastic holiday/vacation. Our pool has absolutely stunning unobstructed views over the lake behind it on a large plot and optic fibre lighting at night. There are no villas behind to overlook the pool while you are enjoying the wonderful Florida sunshine all year round!
We recently upgraded most of the furniture to a very high standard.
We have repainted the villa outside and pool deck. New carpet throughout, new sofas, dining table and chairs, LDC HD TV with home cinema system, PS2, and lots more and we have Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet) for those who want to take your laptops!
It is situated on Bridgewater Crossing, a wonderful development that has tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and communal pool. The community is made up of both residential and rental properties. Our local management company who look after our villa on our behalf are very professional, friendly and reliable and are there should any problem arise. They have a 24 hour emergency number and available 24/7.
