One of this sites most popular villas, and with good reason! Less than 2 miles and only 5 minutes to Disney! Located in the new and most upscale location, the Emerald Island Resort, just 3 traffic signals from Disney off of Hwy 192 in Kissimmee. We feature concierge & shuttle service, so you are never "on your own" unless you want to be! Tennis and basketball, playground, exercise room, sauna, and internet computers all for your use!
This two-level villa with TWO master bedrooms gives more privacy for one large family or groups with more than one set of adults. Borders a protected wooded preserve instead of the common back-to-back arrangement. We studied many factors and included the most important in our home. Not only are we closer to Disney than some of their own hotels, but our villa is located on one of the best lots in the neighborhood. Quiet, more private, and just a one-minute walk from the clubhouse.
Beautifully furnished. The first master bedroom is downstairs, the second master and the others are located upstairs. A stunning split staircase leads the way! Two bedrooms have double twin beds for the kids and are Disney-themed. Interactive furnishings let the kids hear Mickey or Pooh greet them and wish them good night. The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized bedding...and of course cable-tv, along with the master bedrooms.
The heated and screened private pool has the coveted southern exposure (important for sun on the pool)and borders on a forest preserve. A covered area lets those who want shade lounge by the pool along with the sun-seekers. There is not another pool behind us, just acres of protected woods. We have one of the few villas with a (removable) safety barrier between the lounge area and pool..a MUST if you have young children in your group!
Guests are welcome to use the resort's clubhouse with a games room, wireless high-speed internet, free internet-connected pcs, fitness room, sauna, community pool, volleyball court, lighted tennis courts, and playground. Or take a walk through the nature preserve, stop for a break at one of the picnic tables, or stand on our front lawn and watch the Disney fireworks in the evening (yes, we are THAT close)! The villa features (5) cable tvs, (3) vcrs, (3) DVD players, Disney videos, stereo, PlayStation 2 with games, and toys for the children.
Because we love Disney, we built our dream home and want others to enjoy it also. We are always complimented on our excellent customer service. 24hr/day care is provided by a local management company. Normal cleaning of the home after your departure is included in the weekly rate.
Amenities: Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, No-charge Cot-Crib, High Chair, Booster seats and stair gates for the children. Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Private Pool, Garage, No-charge Gas Grill (BBQ). Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking, except in the outdoors pool area.
