Our Home Was Just Completed in Fall of 2003 and everything is still like brand new. We are right across from the Olympic Size Heated Swimming Pool. We do not have a private pool, but this can be and advantage for many reasons. Families with small children will not have to worry with a pool just out the door and there is no additional costs for heating the pool. We are just off of Rte 192 near shopping and many good places to eat and close to Disney. We are also very close to the Osceola Parkway that will bring you right to the Disney gates.

Our spacious Four bedroom, three bathroom townhouse villa is situated in a delightful American Cabana setting, complete with walking streets, white picket fences and nature walks. Our villa is tastefully furnished throughout and has every essential you could possibly need and more for your vacation.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own large bathroom with a jetted tub. The 2nd Master Bedroom has a queen Size Bed and also has a private bath and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 twins each and share a bathroom. There are 5 TV's which are located in each bedroom and living room. There is a also VCR in the Living Room and a DVD player in the Master Bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided along with, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster.

Venetian Bay Villages is a unique gated community. This is Florida vacation living at its finest, within seven miles of the entrance of Disney and easy reach of all other Florida major attractions. Ideally situated just off the 192 highway and half a mile from the Super-Walmart. There is also a great route to Disney by the Osceola Parkway which goes right into Disney.

Venetian Bay Villages has a fully equiped fitness center, a basketball court, clay tennis courts. There is also a game room that has a ping pong table, pool table and video games. Opening soon will be a sundry shop you you will be able to pick up your essentials. There is also wireless internet available for free in the club house and the pool area.
