Villa Parana is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa situated off Highway 27, in the newly built Silver Creek development.

Silver Creek is just a mile away from the Hwy 27 - US192 junction, set in a tranquil area.

There is a little mall at the entrance with a Winn-Dixie supermarket, pizza takeaway place, Bank, Hairdresser, Petrol station, Post Office, Paediatric Walk-in Center and a Dentist.

You can sit and reflect for hours in our large Pool or Spa or

You can have a quiet read by the pool in our comfortable loungers and work on that tan! or

You can challenge members of your party to a game of darts/pool or

You can watch a family movie or a film for just you and your partner!

You can play board games such as monopoly or listen to music from jazz through easy listening to Beyonce!

FAMILY ROOM & LOUNGE

These 2 rooms offer desired peace and quiet, whether you are reading your favourite book in the Lounge or watching a film in the Family Room. The Family Room is comfortably furnished, look out to the Pool and has Cable TV, DVD player, CD player and Playstation 2.

Both rooms have ceiling fans.

MASTER BEDROOMS

There are 2 Master Bedrooms. Master Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom, whilst Master Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and an ensuite shower room.

Both bedrooms are nicely furnished and have closets, chests of drawers, ceiling fans and alarm clock radios for those who want to hit the parks early.

TWIN BEDROOMS

There are 2 twin rooms which are well furnished and suitable for all ages. We provide a Crib, High chair, BedGuard, Baby monitor and Stroller for infants at no cost to you.

Again these rooms are furnished with drawers, closets and ceiling fans.

OTHER LIVING AREAS

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to try out those culinary delights, whether it is a quick bite or a full blown dinner. We have a fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and glassware you will need to show off your cooking skills.

You can choose to eat in the kitchen with its table and chairs, by the pool with the plastic ware provided or in a more formal setting in the Dining Area with its Dining table.

We have a Games Room equipped with an Electronic Darts board and Pool, Air Hockey and Foosball Tables. We have provided chairs for the cheering squad! We also have toys, books and puzzles for all ages.

And there's a Utility Room with a Washer, Dryer, Laundry basket, Iron and ironing table.

The Pool and Spa area complete the perfect holiday villa. You can laze around here on the loungers, take a dip in the larger than average Pool, relax in the spa or have a snack sitting at the table and chairs provided.

You are screened from bugs but not from the sun unless you want to take a nap in the lanai, shaded from the sun and yet enjoying the breeze.

Pool/Spa heat is charged at £90/$150 per week.

For bookings of less than 7 nights a cleaning fee of £50/$85 is charged

We take payment via check, wire and bankers draft (cashier's check). We also take Credit Card payments (MasterCard, VISA) and payments via PayPal the secure online Payment facility, but we will add a 3.5% surcharge if you pay by these methods.

A security deposit of £250/$320 is payable with your balance and is refundable if there are no damages after your stay.
