Our villa is larger than average with all rooms affording you the space required to ensure that no one has to compromise. The communal areas are equipped and furnished to a very high standard with equipment to ensure you can entertain yourselves and enjoy your vacation to the maximum extent. Sit back in our sumptuous soft leather sofas and watch one of our up to date DVDs, like part four of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" for example, on our fabulous 51" HDTV Home Theatre.
This is not a budget rental, but a home that will be appreciated by guests who truly believe they deserve the very best.
It is situated in a quiet location near Disney on H27 one mile from the junction of H192, an officially designated wildlife conservation area.
All furniture and furnishings are top of the range yet robust and sturdy to withstand energetic children. We maintain our villa to a very high standard. Sheets and towels are regularly replaced to ensure they are always of the finest quality.
Bring your laptop, or use ours, plus we provide a printer, with free wireless high speed internet connection.
There are 32 championship golf courses within a 30 mile radius. One mile away there are a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes so a short stroll will take you to all the local action.
A combination lock box holds the key in the porch so you go straight to your villa. Management company representative will come to the villa to greet you in the morning and take your check in details.
The management company office is on site, so anything you wish to ask you can either telephone them or stroll along to their office, they are always happy to see guests.
Staying with us will make you realise how restrictive and cramped a hotel room can be.

Great villa, had a lovely vacation there. Plus points in our opinion were the fact the pool was not overlooked and had a beautiful view (we really enjoyed watching the birds), the Clear Creek area was very peaceful, the sofas were really comfy and there were enough for everyone to be happy and the kids loved the ice cream van that came round every night.

Just to say a big Thank You for providing such a splendid holiday villa ! We had a great time. The boys spent a good few hours at the pool table and enjoyed the rest of the Games room facilities too.
As for the pool, it was such a pleasure, a godsend and a lifesaver ! The weather was decidedly hot and humid so having the pool made such a difference.
The Management Company, Michelle, was delightful and had organised the arrival shopping. Just as well as we were very delayed, arriving at the Villa about 1.30 in the morning instead of 6.00 in the evening!
Your clear directions were a great help. It was a real pleasure staying at the Villa. So much easier that in an hotel and it really made such a difference to the whole holiday.
It was comfortable and provided us with more or less everything we needed. Thank you. Walmart was within such easy distance and once we got used to the routes, getting to the various Parks was no problem. Once or twice we explored a bit more of the countryside than we intended but it was all good fun!
I would like to have brought the washing machine home! Much better than mine!
