Our luxury home is situated in a prime position, overlooking the lake and close to the community clubhouse.
Presented to a very high standard with many extras, it has the added benefit of a private south facing pool which overlooks the lake.

Situated in a prime position overlooking the lake on the prestigious Glenbrook Resort, our villa is furnished to a very high standard.
There are 2 master bedrooms, one king, one queen, both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms. A sofa-bed in the lounge area provides another queen bed if required.
All bedrooms have cable TVs.
The lounge area has a large screen TV, DVD player, CD player and Playstation 2 plus a desktop PC and leads out onto the pool deck through patio doors. Lounge area has stunning views over the lake.
There is plenty of comfortable seating provided.
Dining area with table and chairs and breakfast-bar with stools. Ample crockery, glassware and cutlery provided.
Well equipped kitchen: cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, water filter, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Ample cooking utensils.
Laundry area with washing machine, drying machine and ironing facilities.

Games Room - Fun for all the family - air hockey, pool and table tennis!
The south facing pool overlooks the lake for added privacy. The views are stunning!
The winter months are glorious on the south facing pool deck - in the summer months shade is given by the large parasol.
Our pool can be heated if required - in the winter months our pool blanket keeps the pool heated to optimum temperature.
Ample pool furniture is provided for your relaxation.
The on-site clubhouse provides the following facilities which can be used free of charge by our guests:
Children's play area - mum and dad can relax whilst the children play!
Tennis & volleyball courts - free loan of tennis rackets.
Large swimming pool with sunlounge area.
Children's play area.
Gym and games room with pool and air hockey.
PC for guest use.
On site shopping - supermarket and pharmacy, Chinese takeaway. Eateries within walking distance.
We provide all bed linens and towels (including towels for the pool). Electricity is included - except for pool heat which can be provided if required at an additional cost (see tariff).

Wireless broadband internet access is provided free of charge so that you can use your own laptop.
Our home is in a quiet location, in an area surrounded by orange groves, yet close to shops, restaurants and the main Attractions.
