When we had this home built we chose the location, design and the decor to be a little better than one would expect from a vacation home, we filled it with many extras yo may not expect as it is our vacation home too, it is constantly being maintained to keep it in as new a condition as possible,
we feel that Our home offers exceptional quality at a reasonable price, we hope you agree.
Disney Parks are only 10 minutes away and there are several golf couses close by,
The location is quiet yet only 1 mile from hwy 192 which is the main route to everything you will want to see while on vacation in the Disney area
There are 5 Bedrooms, each decorated to a high standard, and 4 Bathrooms:
The two master suites have KING-SIZE beds
The other rooms are:
1 with a Queen Size Bed (with private bathroom next door)
1 with 2 x Twin Bed which shares a bathroom with
1 themed room for the kids that has a 1 up 2 Down bunk bed also there are several toys for the children,
There is a TV in all master suites
The lounge has a 32" TV with 200+ Digital Cable, PC with High Speed Internet, VHS, Hi-Fi and DVD,
Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in all rooms (except the childrens bunk bed room which has a portable fan for safety)
The large fully screened pool deck has a 8ft spa and 30ft pool with underwater lighting
The extended sundeck has recliners and loungers to take advantage Florida sunshine.
The 2 Master Suites have access to the pool area
The large covered rear lanai has table and chairs for that evening drink around the pool
The total deck furniture is far larger than any other home in the area.
Shopping and dining are only 1 minute away
Sorry Strictly No Pets or Smoking inside the home, please.
A superb property in a quiet Location yet only minutes from the action
Pool and Lanai
The deck was the largest offered by builder and was extended by 8ft in depth and 6ft in width to make it the largest they have build on this development.
Because the pool faces north we had the pool moved further away from the home so that the home does not shadow all the pool and hot tub in the winter months.
Adjacent to the pool is a 8ft Spa/Hot Tub – to soothe away the pains from trekking around the theme parks
There is a waterfall running from the spa into the pool when the Spa is not in use.
The lanai has a table and four chairs, and also room to pull in the recliners when you have had too much of the sun.
Lounge
As you walk in the front door the sheer size of this Lounge (Great Room) is impressive it goes right to the back of the home the lounge and dining room are all in one but separated by an arch way, with the tall vaulted ceiling it gives a very spacious feel which is essential when you are a large party of up to 12 guests,
Most guest tell us the first impression as the walk in makes them totally relaxed about renting a property over the internet and it takes the 2 seconds to realise every thing will be just perfect.
At the far end on the Lounge there are sliding doors that lead out to the pool area, the deck is huge and you will have the view of the Pool, Spa and flower beds. If travelling with children they will at this stage be getting ready for there first of many swims
The luxurious soft furniture will give you a welcoming feel after you long trip but just remember if you sit down now you may not want to get up for a while.
There’s a 32” TV, with 200+ Channels a VHS, Hi-Fi and DVD player with some films suitable for all the family, Plus a PC with High Speed Internet Access

Adjoining the Lounge is the dining,
Master Bedroom 1
This is a fabulous room with a superb bathroom with WC, Bath, huge walk in shower, his and her sink units and a massive walk in wardrobe there is also a private door leading to the Pool Area.
The bedroom has a quality king-size bed (many houses only offer queen size). You also have your own personal TV with remote control and 80+ cable channels to choose from.
Dining & Kitchen
The spacious dining room includes a large table and chairs with a huge Mirror which also adds to the spacious feel of this home.
Next to the Dining Room is the Kitchen. Which also has a Nook Dining area, for upto 6 guests,
All windows in the home have window treatments to take away the plainness look of regular rental homes that usually just have blindes, as we feel these enhance the look and feel of the room
The kitchen includes all you could want: Cooker, Microwave, Coffee Maker Toaster, Juicer, Blender, Slow Cook, (Crock Pot) Large Fridge Freezer Dish Washer, Waste Disposal unit etc also all the main appliances are MayTag Quality
Other Facilities
We have MatTag heavy-duty Washing Machine and Tumble Drier, Iron with Ironing Board. Being a very modern home it has emergency lighting system in the event of power failure, smoke alarms in all rooms which are interlinked so all alarms sound in case of fire (or occasional burnt toast) ?,
All access doors to the pool and deck are alarmed in order to give parents peace of mind when travelling with young children, this is now a requirement by state law but some older properties are exempt.
There are plenty of hangers in the closets, loads of spare towels and bed linen (beds are already made up before you arrive).
Large Double Electric BBQ is in the garage this must be cleaned by the guests after use and returned to the garage so that the next guests can use it.
The Garage is also a games room with a Pro Pool Table Darts Board,
2nd Master Bedroom
The Bedroom is the same size as the other master but has a large closet in the Room, The bathroom has a WC, Sink and a Bath with a shower above, it also has access to the pool deck
No 3 Bedroom
This large bedroom is at the front of the home and as it has a bathroom right next door its almost like a 3rd Master suite, It is a lovely light and airy room with a huge arch window. It is furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers, mirror, night stand, lamp, clothes closet and of course like all the bedrooms a fan to compliment the full air conditioning. The adjacent bathroom includes bath with shower above, sink with vanity mirror and WC.
Winnie the Pooh Bedroom
Located just off the dining area, This 1 up 2 Down bunk bed room is a favourite not only with the children but the Big Kids as well, Furnished and decorated in a Winnie-The-Pooh theme with lots of toys and even some that talk to you, a great way to finish a day at one of the Theme Parks
No 5 bedroom
Our Angle Room, is a 2 x twin bed room is favourite with the older guests as it has angles and cherubs pictures and ornaments, The bathroom with WC, Sink Vanity Mirror, Bath with Shower above is just outside the door is between this room and the Winnie the Pooh Room
The Location
Indian Point is one of the Premier Communities in the Kissimmee/Disney Area just South East of the Disney its only 1 mile to Hwy 192 giving access to the Disney Parks, Interstate 4 and all main routes to everywhere, for convenience one of the largest Wal-Mart’s is just a mile away as are a host of the areas finest restaurants.
Indian Point was completed in 2002 so there is no building work on the site
Our Home sits on the one of the largest plots of the whole community which is why its one of only 4 of its model because of the extra length needed for this home.
There are plenty of facilities just a short drive away, Including Several Golf Courses, Flea Markets, Supermarkets shops of every kind all are a short drive away, so for Value for money luxury living , you just cannot beat our homes, wherever you choose to stay have a great time

Pool and Spa Heat $200.00 (£120.00) Per Week
Your booking can be confirmed on receipt of our completed online booking form and $300.00(£200.00) deposit.
Your balance payment is due eight weeks prior to your vacation.
If booking less than eight weeks in advance, full payment is due when booking.
