Really enjoyed our stay, the grocery package was excellent, the bed comfy, the management company very helpful and we loved the pool and hot tub, would definitely use again.

This was our seventh time using this villa, and the moment we walked through the door it was great to be back somewhere that's so familiar. The (now adult) kids unpacked in their usual rooms, that they've been using since they were little, whilst we relaxed in the hot tub. A shorter stay than usual meant packing in trips to Disney, Sea World and Boggy Creek and less time to relax by the pool. But the location is really handy for everywhere we wanted to go.

We have been holidaying in Kissimmee over 20 years and can honestly say this is the best location. It is so central to everything and the Villa itself has everything you could wish for. Safe location, ample off road parking, very spacious and extremely well fitted out. Honestly our first choice.

We had a 14 night stay at this Villa and it was perfect. Excellent location and lovely Villa. This was our 3rd stay in Florida and easily the best vacation that we have ever had. Christine was helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process. We aim to return in 2021!

We had a wonderful time in your excellent villa. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the villa is particularly spacious and well designed. The location is ideal and the community outdoor pool is only a 2 minute walk. We would definitely recommend your villa to anyone visiting Disney.

Had a week staying at this villa over the UK schools half term. Paid for pool and spa heating which we needed that time of year, the spa was fantastic to relax in after a day at the parks. The villa itself was lovely and clean, plenty of space and good layout, very easy to live and cook in. The location was great, we used the toll road to get to the Publix store at Orange Lake, taking six or seven minutes. Very nice community, and would highly recommend this villa.

I stayed in this villa for 2 weeks with my husband, our friends and their 6 month old son. The villa was clean and well equipped. We paid for pool and spa heating which was definitely needed for the time of year. It was amazing to be able to use the pool at any time, and was the perfect temperature for our friends son to still be able to enjoy even when it wasn’t very warm outside! The best part was coming back from a busy day in the parks and being able to relax in the spa pool! The travel cot was up and ready when we arrived which we really appreciated! The villa was in a great location! Easy access to Walt Disney World, the outlets, Walmart and plenty of good places to get food nearby! This was my first time staying in a villa for my trip to Florida and I would definitely do it again! Chris was so helpful, answering any questions we had before going and always quick to reply! We would definitely love to stay in her villa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a villa that’s close to the magic of the Walt Disney World resort!

This was the perfect base for our family holiday. Very close to Disney, shops and restaurants. The villa was lovely and very clean, we particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice quiet neighbourhood. We would really love to go back to Florida and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Christine's villa. Christine was very professional to deal with and everything went very smoothly. The villa itself is beautifully maintained and we'll situated for all the major theme parks, as well as restaurants and shopping. The villa had all the essentials to make our stay comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We love staying at this house. We have stayed in it for 4 years in a row now. It is our home away from home. It's comfortable, well maintained and homey. We waited too long to book last year and had to book another house for this past winter. We will not let that happen again! We have rented 2 other houses since we started making yearly trips to Florida and this house is both our favourite and our 3 children's favourite. It is also very encouraging that we see small upgrades or changes every year. The only downfall, according to our children, is that there isn't a pool table.?? We highly recommend this house.

My family of 6 stayed for 8 nights. The villa was exactly as we hoped, the description and photographs were a good representation of what to expect. It was clean and welcoming on arrival and the pool and jacuzzi were heated ready to jump into (as requested). The owner provided good directions and we had no trouble finding the villa, which was in a great location for us. We liked being a short drive from the Disney parks whilst feeling that we had escaped to a quieter more residential area. There was a large supermarket about 5 mins drive away together with a pharmacy and various restaurants, which was very convenient. We cooked in most nights and found the kitchen to be well equipped although one or two items need replacing, which we have informed the owner about[and she is taking care of. Although the villa would sleep 10, I think you wouldn’t want to be quite so many people if you were planning to cook in every day (for example the dining table seats 6, although the outdoor table is large enough to happily take the other 4 and is just the other side of the patio doors, so would actually work ok). We didn’t use the football table although we noticed it was there, together with tennis rackets. There was a selection of books and various board games, DVDs etc. All in all we were very pleased with our choice and had a great holiday. The owner returned our deposit very promptly.
