Our standalone HOT TUB/JACUZZI seats 6 people comfortably and can be heated to a very warm 102 degrees.
The SOUTH FACING swimming pool surrounded by mesh screen and wooden privacy fence is heated by gas so is efficiently heated on the cooler mornings when electric heaters may struggle.

Our luxury villa with south facing pool, 6 person Hot tub/Jacuzzi and very large pool deck is on the quiet community of Indian Ridge Oaks. We have a commercial quality table football in the garage!
It is very close to highway 192 with its many restaurants and shops.
Location
Indian Ridge Oaks is one of the closest developments to Disney. It takes 8 minutes to drive to the entrance to Animal Kingdom so is ideal for coming home to relax at midday. It is less than 4 minutes drive from the 192 and its good selection of restaurants.
Accommodation
Our home has 4 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 queen and 2 with twins. Using the sleeper sofa in the lounge it will sleep a maximum of 10 people. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the master bedroom. This has a door out to the pool deck so there is no need to drip through the house to get changed after swimming.
The second bathroom is between the queen bedroom and one of the twins so with only 4 people in the home, its as if each couple have their own bathroom!
The pool is south facing with a massive sun deck so gets the sun all day long. The standalone Jacuzzi/spa will seat 6 people and has 18 jets. There is a covered patio area to be able to sit out of the direct sunlight. Padded patio furniture is provided. A fence has been put round the property for added privacy.
For entertainment there is a large football table in the garage! We have cable television with the choice of 70 channels. TVs in the lounge, the master bedroom (combo DVD/Video/SD card), queen bedroom, and one twin bedroom, a video player and stereo system. There is also a Playstation2 with eyetoy and karaoke. All the games I have provided have a 'universal' rating so are suitable for the whole family. Extra games can be hired from the local video shop.
The community has a large swimming pool, tennis court and children's playground which are free for guests to use. We provide tennis racquets and balls. The community facilities are only 3 houses away from my home!
