We love our homes on Highlands Reserve and we're sure you will too! After enjoying a wonderful time in Florida we decided to
'take the plunge' and buy three villas which would suit our extended family.
We would like to share our homes with you and assure you of a warm welcome.

Our 5-bed villa has a 32' x 16.5' private pool and spa, set on an extended, screened southwest facing deck to catch the sun all day long. The patio includes dining table & chairs, deeply padded sunloungers and gas bbq - the ideal place to rest after a day golfing or at the parks. A great place for the kids to play all day!

Accommodation in 'The Glen' comprises a large open plan living and dining area featuring:
A comfortable family lounge with large sofas, 42" flat screen cable tv receiving over 60 channels, dvd player and a hi-fi system.The entertainment centre includes a library of books, cds, dvds and board games.

A useful second family lounge includes a 26" Tv andpersonal computer with broadband Internet access whether you use it to keep in touch with family and friends or for business or just for fun! If you would rather take your own laptop, there is a wireless router so you can 'surf' by the pool!

The formal dining roomand separate breakfast nook provide ample facilities if you want to dine in.
Fully equipped kitchen with every appliance you could need - range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker & chilled water dispenser, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffee maker etc
Ample crockery and glassware for dining in or eating al fresco.
Washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board are located in the separate utility room.

The games room includes a superb snooker table, which can easily be converted to a large table tennis table, air hockey/ billiards table and electronic darts

The second master bedroomwith queen sized bed & cable tv is conveniently located on the ground floor, ideal for those not wishing to climb the stairs.
An en-suite bathroom includes a bath with shower over.

The master bedroom overlooks the golf course and has a fabulous new suite of cherry wood furniture including king sized bed, beautiful dressing table & large remote control cable tv.
The luxury ensuite includes a double walk-in shower, double vanity unit, large marble corner bath and WC.

There are three twin bedded rooms upstairs, served by the family bathroom.
All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes, cable tv, ceiling lights with fans and clock radios.
Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

There is a radio and intercom system to all rooms including the pool area.
The telephone offers free national and international call via the latest technology.
All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided and the villa is fully cleaned between guests.
Our local management company are on hand to help with any problems you may experience.

So you can take full advantage of all that Highlands Reserve has to offer we have even included a full sized and half-sized set of golf clubs and tennis racquets.

Highchair, crib, baby gate, double stroller and baby monitor are provided for our younger visitors.

Highlands Reserve boasts a par72 Championship golf course with driving range, practice green & clubhouse. Highlands Reserve appeals to all the family as it also includes a children’s adventure play area, tennis courts & a large communal pool (ideal for the teenagers to get together!)
Local shops and a large Publix supermarket is right next door to Highlands at Berry Town Centre and there is a new Walmart hypermarket only 5 minutes drive away.

.......We came back Florida a few days ago and had a wonderful time!! We all absolutely LOVED your beautiful home!! It was spacious for all of us and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool and relaxed by it during the day and evening when we weren't out and about. Your home is located in a perfect spot - so close to Disney/MGM and actually for going to Key Largo we just had to turn right on Hwy. 27 and drive 209 miles south! Couldn't have been easier! Thanks again for allowing us to use your home, it was perfect and we'd definitely love to come back to stay at your home again......
