Our villa is located in the tranquil & friendly community of Rotonda and is just 15 minutes from a superb selection of white sandy beaches. There is excellent sea and river fishing plus boat hire and water sports. For keen golfers Rotonda is home to 4 spectacular golf courses and another 50 clubs are within 30 minutes drive. The area is a shoppers paradise with South West Florida's largest mall only a short drive from the villa. Locally Lemon Bay, Gasparilla Island, Port Charlotte and Venice provide a huge array of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
The 32 acre ROTONDA COMMUNITY PARK is a few minutes walk away and features a multipurpose sports field, two tennis courts, a picnic pavillion, a bike path that snakes its way through the area's nature preserve and rest room facilities.
