We wish to welcome you to our luxury 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa.
Just picture yourself relaxing in our spa/Jacuzzi or on one of the loungers on the patio, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and watching the sunset. Maybe enjoy a BBQ and a few beers while watching the kids having a splashing time in the pool after a busy day at the Theme Parks.
Crescent Lakes offers a very peaceful location. As you drive or walk around the communities you will be able to appreciate a whole array of wildlife, yet you are only an easy 15 minute drive from Disney & other attractions. If you enjoy wildlife, the local Wildlife Reserve is well worth a visit, the entrance is just down the road from the main turning into Crescent Lakes, or try a Boat Trip on Lake Tohopekaligia in Kissimme Town and you may spot Bald Eagles & Osprey's.
Even a 5 Minute scenic drive will take you to Walmart and other shops in the local town of Poinciana. In the opposite direction on the 192 you have a large variety of Restaurants to cater for all tastes, more Supermarkets and Gift shops.
Besides all the Theme Parks, Kissimmee offers many closer attractions for everyone of all ages, you will never be short of things to do. For the avid Golfer there are many courses to try, for us Golf Widows the many Factory Outlets and Malls are a must !!!!
A Taste of our Guests Comments :-
The villa is located in a nice quiet area and yet is only 10 minutes away from highway 192 where there are many places to eat and shop and from here it is only another 5 minutes to Disney. The villa has all the comforts of home and we found we wanted for nothing there is a good selection of family games available a PS2 and the most used item was the internet. The pool and spa are excellent and got plenty of use especially at the end of the day after all the walking. An added bonus was the free international calls, especially as one of our party was a family friend and could keep in touch with her parents as required (the last time we went to the US this facility was not available at the villa we stayed in). I would reccomend very highly this villa to anyone, it is a real home from home.

The house was very comfortable, had lots of extras which the kids enjoyed, namely the internet the play station games, and the games room. It was clean and had lots of space. We were very busy while doing all the parks and it nice to come back to a nice swim in the pool or laze around in the Jacuzzi. We took advantage of the kitchen for breakfast and supper on a few occasions, and overall I would definitely recommend this property to someone else who is looking for a spot in that area. Wave already forwarded the site to others. If we return to Florida in the near future, we will certainly look into this villa again.

I used to stay in hotels in Orlando, but this is the first time when I really have had a wonderful vacation, the house was beyond my expectation, extremely clean and filled with a lot of extras, the pool was spectacular, my kids had great times with all the inflatable stuff you keep for our use. US$ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes. UK£ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes.
The above rates are for the rental of the villa and not per person.
All monies are calculated in US Dollars.
There is an additional charge of $25.00 / £16 per day should you require pool heating. (Usually only required during the winter months).
For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning surcharge of $87 / £44.59 is payable. Nightly rates are simply the weekly rates divided by 7.
We aim to make payment as easy as possible particularly for US and UK guests. For guests from the US we accept US checks. For UK guests we accept UK cheques. Guest from other countries pay the rate quoted in US Dollars.
Credit Card payment can be made from any country, but will be charged in US Dollars and carry a surcharge of 3.5% for MasterCard and VISA.
Once you decide to stay in our villa you will be required to pay a 20% deposit to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 12 weeks prior to your holiday. Should you book within this time frame then full payment is required.
A security deposit of $250 / £200 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay.
Should you wish to pay in sterling the appropriate exchange rates at time of payment(s) will apply.
