We love our homes on Highlands Reserve and we're sure you will too! After enjoying a wonderful time in Florida we decided to 'take the plunge' and buy three villas which would suit our extended family. We would like to share our homes with you and assure you of a warm welcome.
'The Bungalow' has a large 30' x 15' private screened and heatable pool with jacuzzi spa set on an extended south west facing deck, which includes patio chairs & tables and padded sunloungers There is even a ceiling fan over the shaded area when you need to take a rest. Relax by the pool after a long day at the parks & watch the magnificent Floridian sun setting over the golf course and nature reserve beyond.
The villa is all on one level so no tiring steps to climb and the accommodation comprises:
Large open plan living and dining area with vaulted ceiling & views over the pool & golf course beyond.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with large leather sofas & sumptious cushions and includes a ceiling fan to help you keep your cool! For your entertainment we have included 42" multi-chanel cable tv, DVD and CD players& a selection of books, CDs, DVDs & games for all the family. We have also included a personal computer with broadband Internet access and printer whether you use it to keep in touch with family and friends or for business or just for fun!If you prefer to use your laptop by the pool, we have included a wireless router!
The formal dining room is elegant & spacious.
The Luxury limed oak fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer with ice maker & chilled water dispenser, microwave oven, waste disposal unit & everything you require if you're 'cooking in'. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a further table & chairs and a fully equipped laundry room including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Games Room includes full sized pool table which converts to a table tennis table; also an air hockey table and darts - why not host your own tournament when the sun gets too much!
The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, remote controlled TV and ceiling fan with spacious en-suite facilities including a large walk-in shower, twin marble vanity basins & hairdryer.
Queen Bedroom, Family bedroom with double bed and one single bed & one twin bedded room These are all newly furnished in a light & modern style and share a second full sized bathroom. All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes,walll mounted LCD cable tvs & one of the twin rooms has a Sony Playstation. We also provide a rollaway bed which can be used in any room if necessary.
All national and almost all international telephone calls are free of charge, using the latest technology.
Highlands Reserve boasts a par72 Championship golf course with driving range, practice green & clubhouse. Highlands Reserve appeals to all the family as it also includes a children’s adventure play area, tennis court & a large communal pool (ideal for the teenagers to get together!) Local shops & a Publix supermarket are right next door to Highlands Reserve at Berry town center and the new Wal-Mart superstore is only 5 minutes away.

I guess I am thinking if your place is not available, we should just not go. Anyways, it was fair - but you know what you are doing and they did not. So I am thrilled to be able to come back in June............

Highlands Reserve is an ideal place to spend a short break, whether you golf or not. We are happy to take bookings of 4 nights or less with just a small administration surcharge.
