Pinewood Country Estates is a beautiful development, situated off Old Lake Wilson Road (CR 545) which runs from the 192 (Disney end) and is only 2 miles from Interstate 4. Disney World is only 10 minutes away and other Florida attractions are within easy access.
The new Champions Gate Golfing and Retail Complex is only 2 minutes drive away and includes a variety of shops and restaurants, including a Publix supermarket, Walgreens Chemist, Chinese, Chillis, Pizza and McDonalds.

From the moment you step through the front door, you know your holiday has begun. This beautiful executive home, which sits on an oversized lot, includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai.
This beautiful home has 3 sets of patio doors all leading onto the south facing pool deck. So you only need to step out and enjoy that wonderful Florida sunshine.

Lounge

Relax in this bright and sunny lounge area, with large patio doors overlooking the pool. This spacious lounge has 2 leather sofas, 2 side tables and a coffee table. The TV unit comprises Cable TV, Video/DVD Player, Stereo System and a Playstation.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (if you decide to cook), including microwave, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and large fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a large storage cupboard and also a breakfast bar area with four stools.

Dining Area

Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs. Another set of patio doors lead from here to the lanai and pool deck.

Master Bedroom

Spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, TV, 2 side cabinets and large dresser with mirror.
The ensuite bathroom is massive, with a large walkin shower, separate bath and twin vanity units. This bedroom is south facing with patio doors leading onto the pool deck.

Second Master Bedroom

2nd master bedroom with double size bed, TV, large wardrobe, 2 side cabinets and chest of drawers. Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and twin vanity units.

Third Bedroom

This is one of 2 twin rooms with 2 single beds, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. This bedroom is Disney themed and includes a novelty Mickey Mouse TV and DVD Player.

Fourth Bedroom

Another twin room with a Scooby Doo theme. It includes 2 single beds, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. There is also a TV, Video and Playstation 2.

Third bathroom

The 2 twin rooms share the 3rd bathroom, which comprises a bath, shower and twin vanity units.

Games Area

The games area includes a pool table, table tennis, foosball table football and an electronic dartboard.

Utility Room

The separate utility room has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board etc.


Pool Area

The fully screened pool area is perfect for those relaxing days between theme park visits. There is also a lanai area with table and chairs to eat alfresco, or just to sit and relax in, if you feel you need to have a break from the lovely Florida sun. The lanai has also a fan to keep you cool. For sun worshippers, there are 4 sun loungers to sunbathe on, while topping up that tan.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE WONDERFUL FLORIDA SUNSHINE - A SOUTH FACING POOL AREA IS A MUST, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE VACATIONING DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (OCTOBER - APRIL). THE SOUTH FACING ASPECT OF THIS VILLA ENSURES YOU HAVE SUNSHINE ON THE DECK ALL DAY LONG.

A non-refundable deposit of £100/$150 per week is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Security deposit of £200/$300 is payable with the balance. This is refundable once the management company have confirmed that the home has not been damaged.

Gas Pool heating £115/$210(including tax) per week.(Usually only required in the winter months). Minimum 7 days pool heat.
Crib/High Chair £15/$25 each per week.
For stays less than 10 days a cleaning fee of £50/$90 will be charged.
