Our luxury privately owned villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It is located in the quiet residential area of Rotonda, Charlotte County, South West Florida. Rotonda is located perfectly for trips to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Sarasota and Orlando.Our villa is within short driving distance to a number of stunning Gulf Coast beaches where you can go boating, jet skiing, fishing, collecting shells and sharks teeth or just relaxing on the sandy beaches.There are five golf courses within 5/10 minutes drive and White Marsh golf course is just around the corner from our home.There is an excellent range of shops, malls, supermarkets and restaurants within short driving distance.The newly built Rotonda Community Park is five minutes walk from our villa. You can choose between playing tennis, walking or cycling or just sitting down and BBQ.
Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and is certainly a home from home. The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms.The lounge is a spacious room with cable TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. The sliding patio doors open out onto the lanai/pool deck area.The lounge leads to two adjoining dining facilities. The Nook or breakfast room is an ideal way to start the day and the dining room is an ideal way to end the day in elegant comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and waste disposal. It also includes ample crockery, utensils, cookware and picnic ware.In the adjoining utility room a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your use.On one side of the living space is the master bedroom with king side bed, walk in wardrobe and a set of French doors which open out to the pool area for that early morning dip. The ensuite bathroom incorporates ‘his and hers’ vanity units, bath and walk in shower.On the opposite side of the living area are a further two bedrooms which give complete privacy if two or more couples are sharing.There is a choice of a double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower or twin bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Both rooms have ample wardrobes and chests of drawers.Our favourite area is the heated 32 by 14 feet swimming pool and large pool deck area. All of this is covered by a ‘cage’ which allows all the sunshine in but keeps all the creatures out! There is a selection of pool furniture including loungers, tables and chairs.A gas BBQ is provided for your use to cook and relax as you watch the sun go down. Beyond the pool area there is a landscaped garden where you can watch the wildlife go past.The integral double garage has an automatic door opener.*All linen is provided including bathroom and beach towels together with a hairdryer in each bathroom.*We are sorry but no pets or smoking please.*You may wish to bring your laptop if it is able to use our wireless internet connection.*On our behalf a local British Management Company will take care of any questions or queries you have during your stay to help make your holiday even more relaxing.*A folder and useful street map left in our home will provide you with lots of extra information about local amenities, services and things to do if you wish during your holiday.
