Sunny Corner is located on a clean, quiet conservation site convenient for all the Disney attractions, the famous International Drive and wonderful shopping Malls. Wal-Mart Superstore on Highway 192 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is within walking distance from Sunny Corner. Creekside is a very safe and well cared for sub-division but for peace of mind we have provided a safe for your valuables.
Our luxury, 2-storey, air conditioned, 4 bed villa is beautifully furnished in an effort to provide maximum comfort during your stay. Our property was bult in 1994, measures approximately 2000 sq ft and offers ample accommodation for two families. On the ground floor is a family room with patio doors leading to the South facing oversized poolside. The family room has t.v, dvd and video and Nintendo wii with wii sport - great for all the family. There is an additional more relaxing lounge and a formal dining room. Part of the dining room is a small study area where we have provided a flat screen computer with Wireless High Speed Internet access for guest use, so bring your laptop to work outdoors by the pool. We have also provided a cd player/radio with ipod connection so bring your ipod and cd's to play your favourite tunes. The large breakfast/kitchen is well equipped with full sized cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and large fridge, the utility has washer and dryer for free use. There is also a cloakroom/wc on this floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with Queen sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and tv, master bedroom with queen sized bed, t.v/DVD Player. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and dressing room. The childens rooms each have t.v and video and these rooms are themed as Scooby Doo and Winnie the Pooh, there is also a Sony Play Station and an X-Box with games to keep the children amused. Each of these rooms has a bunk bed which is a single on the top bunk and full on the bottom bunk. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with bath and overbath shower. Our sparkling south facing swimming pool and Spa is well is surrounded by a well furnished deck for optimum relaxation. The pool can be electrically heated if required and underwater lighting for night time swimming and entertaining. The Spa is heated by gas. There is also a outside cold water shower. In the garage is a full sized mountain bike with lock and a pair of roller blades(size approx. 8.5 USA, 6 UK), there is also a baby playstation, a high chair, play pen, pushchair and a Big Kid Booster seat for a child weighing 30 - 100 lbs. The villa is located on a well managed and cared for conservation site within walking distance of the Wal-Mart Superstore which is open 24 hours and sells all you could possibly need for your stay. The entrance to all the Disney attactions is about a 10 min drive along Highway 192, International Drive and Florida Mall are approximately 20 mins drive away from Sunny Corner.
