Location

Sunny Corner is located on a clean, quiet conservation site convenient for all the amazing theme parks and attractions, the famous International Drive and fabulous shopping Malls. The popular Wal-Mart Superstore on Highway 192 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is within walking distance from Sunny Corner.

Creekside is a very safe and well cared for sub-division with its own Housing Association who meet regularly to ensure that Creekside home owners are happy with their surroundings.

Overview of Villa

Our luxurious detached 2-storey, air conditioned, 4 bed villa is fully licensed and state approved. Our property was built in 1994, measures approximately 2000 sq ft and is beautifully furnished in an effort to provide maximum comfort during your stay offering ample comfortable accommodation for two families.

* On the ground floor is a family room with patio doors leading to the South facing oversized deck, pool, spa and shower. The family room has large t.v and dvd player with a dvd library. We have also added a Nintendo wii with wii sport - great fun for all the family.

* There is an additional more relaxing lounge next to a formal dining room. Part of the dining room is a small study area where we have provided a flat screen computer with Wireless High Speed Internet access for guest use, so why not bring your laptop to work outdoors by the pool! We have also provided a cd player/radio with ipod connection.

* The large breakfast/kitchen is well equipped with full sized cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and large fridge with ice maker, the utility has washer and dryer for free use. There is also a wc with wash hand basin on this floor.

In August 2010 we converted the garage area into a fabulous games room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey.


Upstairs

* The master bedroom is a good sized bedroom with Queen sized bed, t.v/DVD Player. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bath, his and her sinks, separate shower and wc. There is a large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room off the master bedroom

* The guest bedroom is a spacious room with Queen sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. A full sized cot is located in this room plus a flat screen tv/dvd player.

* The childens rooms are themed as Scooby Doo and Winnie the Pooh, with a tv in both rooms, there is also a Sony Play Station and an X-Box with games to keep the children amused. Each of these rooms has a bunk bed which is a single/twin on the top bunk and double/full on the bottom bunk this makes these rooms perfectly adequate for adults as well as children.

* There is a full bathroom upstairs with full sized bath and overbath shower, sink and wc.

* Our sparkling south facing swimming pool and Spa is surrounded by a well furnished deck for optimum relaxation and opaque screening for total privacy. The pool can be electrically heated if required and there is underwater lighting for night time swimming and entertaining. The Spa is heated by gas. There is also a cooling outside shower.

* For baby we have provided a Full size cot/crib, baby bouncer seat, baby swing seat, highchair, play pen, two pushchairs and two Big Kid Booster seats for children weighing 30 - 100 lbs.

* The villa is located on a well managed and cared for conservation site within walking distance of the Wal-Mart Superstore which is open 24 hours and sells all you could possibly need for your stay.

* The entrance to all the wonderful Disney attactions is about a 15-20 mins drive along Highway 192, International Drive and Florida Mall are approximately 20 mins drive away from Sunny Corner.

Sunny Corner is well managed by our First Class local management team who ensure the house is lovingly prepared for your arrival and they are on hand to deal with any questions or problems you may have during your stay - they can be reached easily with a free phone call from the villa. They also provide a BBQ Hire service, details upon request.
