THE POOL is screened to protect you from bugs and surrounded by a lovely garden area with flowering bushes and fruit trees and is fully fenced for total privacy. You are welcome to pick any fruit that is ready, just think - fresh grapefruit for breakfast and lemons for your drinks!! The pool deck has recently been extended to give even more space for your enjoyment.
All towels and linens are provided including pool towels and there is a large washer and dryer in the garage and an iron and ironing board.
TELEPHONE CALLS & WIRELESS INTERNET are free of charge, local, national and international. This makes it easy to keep in touch when you are away just bring your own laptop.
All three bedrooms have TV/DVD players and overhead fans.
We are situated in one of the closer areas to Disney, no long drives home after a tiring day. It is easy to come home mid-day and enjoy a relaxing time in the pool and then return refreshed. Itt is also very central for all other attractions, shopping malls and some excellent restaurants and many suberb golf courses.
THE LOUNGE has comfortable sofas, small tables and lamps and cable TV with DVD player. It is well decorated with pictures and silk plants.
THE DINING AREA has seating for six at the beautiful glass table.
THE LOUNGE leads out onto the pool area which is furnished with a large dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ for the ultimate al fresco dining experience. Then relax on the padded loungers with your drinks on the small tables, this is real Florida living. There is a shady lanai with an overhead fan to help keep you cool.
THE POOL DECK has recently been extended to give even more space for outdoor enjoyment. The garden area is planted out with fruit trees - oranges, grapefruit, lemons, tangerines and limes, which you are welcome to pick if they are ready. It is also fully fenced for complete privacy and surrounded by flowering bushes making it a really relaxing area.
THE KITCHEN has a lovely dining nook in the bay window and everything you could need, whether you plan to cook a full dinner or just a snack. Full stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils and pots and pans and even plastic crockery and glasses for use at the pool area for your safety and we have installed a water filter system so you don't even need to buy expensive bottled water, just fill your bottles and put them in the fridge ready to take out with you. We often put plastic bottles of water in the freezer and they stay lovely and cold all day. Our new fridge freezer is a huge stainless steel one with a large bottom freezer drawer.
THE MASTER BEDROOM has a King size bed and a TV with video and DVD player and a comfortable rocking/swivel chair for those who like to escape from the rest of the family for a bit of peace and quiet. There is an en-suite bathroom with twin vanities and a huge walk-in shower.
THE SECOND BEDROOM has a queen sized bed and there is also a TWIN BEDROOM. Both of these bedrooms have TV/DVD share the second bathroom.
This is not just a holiday rental home, it is a real home as we spend about three months of the year there ourselves and our guests benefit from the extras which we have added for our own use.
We also provide a travel cot/crib which is also useful for keeping your little one safe at the pool area. There is also a high chair and a two comfortable pushchairs/buggies which saves you from having to bring your own.
We have many guests who return year after year. We always say 'you have tried the rest now try the best'. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
