With a young family to cater for we knew what we were looking for when we rented our first Florida villa. A safe home environment to come back to after a hectic time at the Disney Parks and a sun drenched pool to dive into and cool off. Outdoor Living

Eagle Heights has a spacious and screened South Facing Pool Deck that does not back onto other homes. Can’t you just picture yourself out there now, dipping your toes in the crystal blue water with a cool drink…. The sun warming your skin and the kids playing with the numerous pool toys.

And when you get back from a hectic day at the parks or after a day on the golf course what better place to soak away all those aches than in our Hot Tub. Let the bubbles do their work while you sip a cocktail or two.

For Alfresco Dining there is a table and chairs and plenty of sun loungers to laze away those sun filled days.

Your Arcade Home from Home

With a view out over the pool you can sink into the comfy sofa, pop in a DVD or VCR tape and enjoy watching a film on the 50 inch HDTV in the Family Room. Alternatively you can always find something on one of the many cable channels provided by Brighthouse.

If some members of the family just have to have that Game Console Fix then they will be more than happy with the Playstation 2 with selection of games available. For those more nostalgic members of the family we even have a console stuffed full of “old games” like Space Invaders and Pacman!

A Quite piece of Me Time

Would you like some time away from the TV? Would you like to be able to curl up with a good book while listening to some music?
Eagle Heights can provide all this no problem. We have an extensive ( and changing) range of books for you to enjoy and CD collection that we hope has something you will like. Then just take yourself off to the Front Lounge, curl up on the sofa and lose yourself in a tune and a novel.

Cooking up a Storm

Eagle Heights open plan kitchen comes complete with everything the budding chef could ask for. There is a range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, juicer…..everything down to the last teaspoon is provided. At the start of the day just sit yourself in the bay window and admire the view over the pool while toasting you bagels and sipping your orange juice.
For more formal evening dining just walk on through the arch to the front lounge where there is seating a plenty.

Master and Mistress

And so to bed…Up the grand staircase you will find Eagle Heights Master Suite. This suite is of huge proportions and dwarfs the US King size bed that occupies it with luxurious soft furnishings and window treatments. A large TV, telephone and more closet space than you could ever need can also be found here.
Walk along past the ample closet space and you will enter the large master bathroom with a it’s walk in shower and His and Hers basins – putting an end to those morning arguments of who gets ready first. All linens and towels are provided for your use but please – Don’t forget your Toothbrush!

For the Younger Generation

The two twin bedrooms are upstairs and to the front of the house and share a bathroom.
Mickey Mouse has put his stamp on one of these rooms and he is a definite hit with the younger guests we have

Here you will also find the collection of childrens stories which can be enjoyed snuggled up in the Mickey throws after a long day of Fun.

Both Twin rooms come with their own TV’s with DVD and cable. There is also plenty of built in closet space.

We like the kids rooms upstairs as we find they can then go to bed and not be disturbed if you are watching a film or TV. For the youngest guests we also provide a crib, high chair, bath seat and monitors at No Extra Cost to you.

Granny Annex

For Granma and Granpa we have the 2nd Master on the ground floor. Here there is a shower room. TV with DVD and again, plenty of storage. This room also comes in handy with two families traveling together.

On the large landing area upstairs you will find our PC complete with High Speed Internet. This is provided with our compliments for you to use for both web browsing and email.

When searching for our Place in the Sun location was a major factor for us. Eagle Pointe could not be better situated for your needs. Just 4 miles south of the 192 and all it has to offer as well as just 10 minutes to Disney Eagle Pointe is a tranquil community built around 3 lakes and woodlands which offers a complete contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Kissimmee area.

Distance to Attractions
The Mouse can easily be reached in 10 – 12 minutes. Close enough to pop back for a swim and return for the Fireworks later in the evening of required.
Universal – 25 minutes.
Sea World/ Discovery Cove – just 20 minutes
If you like the beach you can reach the Cocoa Beach in just 50 minutes or the clear waters of the Gulf in just over the hour.
If Golf is more your thing then Eagle Pointe is in the central location for all the Orlando area has to offer to golfers of all standards.
For all your Grocery need there is a 24 hour Walmart just 2 minutes drive from Eagle Heights

We had such a great time that we decided to remain in Orlando for a further week, and arrived home Thursday morning. We stayed at Lake Berkely which was organised by Florida gold, very nice villa but yours was much more spacious and private. We all had a thoroughly relaxing time and the kids loved it.
