Disney Dreamin is an executive 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, located in the prestigious development of Calabay Parc. It offers luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete. It is the perfect place to return to at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.
The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views. The deck area has been extended and, whilst it enjoys full sun all day there is also a shaded area under the lanai. Pool heating is available and the area is screened to provide a bug free environment. Privacy screening has also been installed to the sides of the pool area. The pool has lights to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening and luxury pool furniture and pool toys are provided for our guests. A George Foreman electric grill is available at no extra charge and can be used inside the pool screen unlike conventional or gas BBQs.
The living room has a 32” Cable TV, DVD with home theatre surround sound and a quality mini hi-fi system. The room enjoys views over conservation land. There is a separate family room with 27” TV, DVD and VCR and a number of films and CDs are provided for guests use. Upstairs there is a games area with cable TV and Playstation 2 with selection of games. In addition there are traditional family games, childrens books and jigsaws for your use.
A games room has been installed with a full sized slate bed pool table, foosball and air hockey. There is even a TV. The room is air conditioned and has a bright 'Harley Davidson' theme.
There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a formal dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you require and full laundry facilities are also provided.
There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites, all with king size bed, luxury bedding, 27” cable TV and DVD and ensuite bathroom. One twin room is located downstairs and has 20” cable TV and DVD and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining twin room has been decorated with a bright cheerful Disney theme and has a 20” cable TV, DVD and VCR. The family room has a sofa bed and, as this is completely separate to the main living areas, this room can be used as an additional private guest room.
For our younger guests we do offer free use of a cot, highchair and pushchair. A stairgate and cot bedding is provided. For your peace of mind, all doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms.
Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away.
Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget. You can be assured that if you need any additional information or assistance during your stay our management company is available 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble for them.

We loved your house. It is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. We all loved it. All nine of us. The kids loved having a pool and the adults loved having a place to hang out and relax after knocking ourselves out at Disney. You have a large amount of towels, which was wonderful. The master bathroom downstairs was perfect. I wish my home one was designed like that with two vanities. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed your house.

We were thrilled with your home - the best we have ever stayed at in Orlando. Everything was spotless and the nice presentation of towels and soaps etc. were more akin to a five star hotel. The grocery pack was really appreciated - just the right things. Finally, the numerous bathrooms, TVs (and play station for our young 22yr son!) ensured our absolute comfort. Thank you so much for being the perfect host, not least for being so thoughtful and providing updates and other info before we went. When we return to Orlando we know where to go.
We had a wonderful time in your vacation villa! It met all our expectations and then some. The pool was a wonderful treat to come home to after a long day at Disney World. We had a great time, your house is lovely and we would recommend it to anyone. It was a total pleasure to leave a hectic day at Disney (and others) and come back to a relaxing environment. The pool was a great way to cool off and the privacy aspect was great. The size of the house meant that we were not one on top of the other; everyone had their own space. If pool heating is required this is charged at £115/$200 per week.
Our prices are as low as £10/$15 per person per night (based on 10 people sharing). When you consider all the extras you get in our home compared to the basic facilities you would get in a motel you can see what great value it is.
Where your stay overlaps two price periods the price will be charged pro rata using the extra night price for periods less than seven nights
We can accommodate requests for shorter stays but reservations for less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £80 /$160.
A minimum rental period applies during peak season dates.
A security deposit of £200/$350 is collected with the final balance and is refunded within 28 days of you leaving the property, subject to all terms and conditions being met.

A deposit of £200/$350 is required at the time of booking. The balance and security deposit are due 10 weeks prior to your arrival at the house.
We can accept payment in Pounds Sterling or US dollar. Payment by cheque is welcomed. Payment can be made by credit card but is subject to a 3.5% administration fee.
