Natural Lake and Conservation View

Stay in Marthas Harbour, our fully air-conditioned home which is located on a natural lake offering a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. It is located on a small community of residential and vacation properties, Robbins Rest. The stunning view from our villa is enough to take your breath away. No cages behind our home but a beautiful natural lake to watch the wildlife of Florida come and go.

The Pool and Deck
The totally screened pool is electrically heated (optional) with oversized deck area around. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing on your holiday. Pool is screened which allows Floridian sunshine in but keeps the insects out. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables with umbrellas for dining al-fresco. There are also a couple of pool towel driers for airing your towels. Pool area can be lit for swimming and dining in the evening.

Heated Hot Tub
Sit back an relax in the heated Hot Tub/Spa with seating for 6 complete with 42 air and water jets, one with 14 jet master massage seat, one tree back therapy seat with hip and carpal tunnel jets and one executive lounger seat. Relax and lie back and let the bubbling jets rejuvenate your body after those busy days in the attraction parks and shops. It is such a lovely way to round off your day.

Marthas Harbour is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home standing on a magnificent natural lake enjoying stunning views.

Marthas Harbour is fully air-conditioned and also has remote-controlled ceiling fans in every main room.

Enter into the tiled entrance hall.

Formal Living Area
You will see the formal living room furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 2 seater love seat, TV with digital cable and Playstation 2.

Dining Area
Opposite is the dining area, with a stunning dining table complete with eight matching extremely comfortable chairs. An elegant area to eat your family meal.

THE OPEN PLAN AREA

Kitchen
The kitchen has ample work surfaces for meal preparation. You have a huge fridge freezer with icemaker/crusher and chilled water dispenser, eye-level microwave and range style cooker, to aid in your preparation of a gourmet feast. A dishwasher completes the kitchen. Make a drink to keep you cool and add your crushed ice!! Prepare your meal, eat and enjoy, before popping the dishes in the dishwasher, sitting back to relax.

Family Room
The family room furnished in luxury with a soft corner sofa to sit back and watch a favourite movie on the digital cable TV or put on a DVD or just relax and watch the sun over the lake. Walk through the sliding glass doors to take a dip in the pool or sit on the patio furniture, all of which is very private.

LUXURY Master Bedroom with pool access
The Master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has an ornate king size four-poster bed with matching bedside cabinets, majestic chest of drawers and triple aspect mirror. A digital cable TV and DVD player complete the room. The ensuite bathroom has a large oval tub, twin vanity units and a separate walk in shower and toilet. Sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool area.

CHERUBIC Queen Bedroom
The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with gorgeous bed linens again tastefully furnished with matching bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and mirror.

AHOY!! SHIPMATES - Nautical Bedroom
The nautical bedroom has twin beds and all matching furniture with touches of the sea.

The cottage bedroom has twin beds and all matching furniture.

Family Bathroom with pool access
The second bathroom has a tub with shower over, sink and separate toilet. The added benefit of this bathroom is that it has a door from the pool area so if small children need to use the facilities they do not need to dry off before coming in.

Games Room
There is a games room complete with 7ft pool table, foosball (table football), electronic dartsboard. A freestanding basketball stand is ready for you to shoot some balls.

Robbins Rest is located just off the I4, junction 58. It is a great location, close to Disney, Universal, all other Orlando attractions, shopping malls, Champions Gate and Reunion’s golf courses nd many others. Champions Gate shopping complex is less than 5 minutes away with a large Publix supermarket, Chilis restaurant eat-in/takeaway, a Chinese restaurant/takeaway/home-delivery service, Italian restaurant, McDonalds, Walgreens, gas station plus liquor store. Closer still the new Reunion shops with a CVS plus Dunkin Donuts and a Pizza Hut takeaway with others opening soon.

The Hot Tub facility at the villa is a
free extra that is not charged for within the rental rate of the home.

Pool heating (optional) add £100/$185 per week (pro-rata for part weeks).

Once you have decided to stay at Marthas Harbour a deposit of £150/$262.50 per week is required, with a completed booking form and signed terms and conditions, to confirm your dates. The balance and refundable security deposit of £200/$350 is payable in full, 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
