Our fully air-conditioned home was primarily selected because of its stunning lakeside setting. Set in a prime, much sought after area, on the edge of a beautiful private lake with fish, birds and other wildlife. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets over the lake while relaxing in the spa. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes away from the shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to Disney. Accomodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4th bedroom/den, lounge, dining area, kitchen with breakfast nook. Private pool with spa overlooking lake. Double garage which is also used as a games room equipped with pool table and table football. Free use of broadband wireless internet connection.

T.V’s with cable in all bedrooms, Xbox and selection of games, Poolside furniture. All rooms have ceiling fans. Bed linen and towels are provided. Telephones providing free local calls.We have a local Management Company who are on hand to assist you with any query or service as well as keeping the villa well maintained. In order to keep the villa to a high standard there is no smoking or pets allowed.This style and size of villa is usually configured as a 4-bedroom house, however we prefer to offer it as a 3-bedroom with the added bonus of an extra room (den). The den has a double futon sofa bed which sleeps 2 comfortably. In addition to the T.V. and XBox there is also a selection of toys and board games, in the den.The games area is located in the double garage and is equipped with a full sized pool table and table football. Those guests wishing to garage their car can easily move the football table to one side, making room for 1 car.The private fully screened pool/spa area overlooks the lake. For the safety of younger children the doors leading to the pool area are alarmed.
