The two story villa is newly built,has over 3000 square feet of air conditioned luxury and has a lovely south facing pool and jacuzzi,the pool has fibre optic lighting.The main king size bedroom has a 4 poster bed with pillow top matress,his and her closets,both with wall safes, the ensuite had direct pool access.The villa has another two ensuite bedrooms,which have Queen beds,plus three bedrooms with twin beds.Games room has full size slate bedded pool table,air hockey,electronic darts,x box and a selection of board games,there are some blocks and toys for infants.All rooms have tv's and either dvd/vcr's in all of the rooms especially on the 60 inch home cinema in the front lounge.We have now free wireless internet available for our guests.
Our new home is on the walled executive estate of oak island cove.The estate is now complete and consists of large executive homes.Our six bedded villa is less than a half mile to shops,restaurants etc,there is a winn dixie supermarket and an excellent outback steakhouse.The home has an outside bbq area with seating and privacy fence,the home is on a huge corner lot and is not overlooked,the rear of the pool is surrounded by palm trees and hibiscus and is really nice.We have one themed bedroom for the youngsters as well as an x box in the games room.All of the bedrooms have tv's, there is a plasma tv with surround sound in the family room,, together with comfortable leather sofas with a 60 inch home cinema tv in the front lounge most have dvd and video players.High ceilings and ceiling fans help make the rooms light and airy.There is a utility /laundry room with washer,dryer,iron and ironing board.The kitchen has all the usual refinements,close to here is the dining area.The king size bedroom has a huge ensuite with direct pool access.There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor with another shower room.Upstairs are two Queen ensuites and another twin bedded room.All King and queen bedrooms have pillow top matresses for your comfort.There are two cots,high chair and small pushchair as well as some infant toys.There is a full size bed settee in the living room.All of our guests love our home and don't want to go home,many are booking again.This home has that wow factor as soon as you open the front door.All towels ,including pool, are provided as well as linens.As well as being so close to the Disney Parks there are approximately 14 golf courses in the surrounding area all within a 10 to 20 minute drive.Champions Gate and Reunion courses are only 10 minutes away.Beaches are an hours drive away to the atlantic coast and an extra half an hour to the gulf coast
