Disney Magic is located on the Pinewood Country Estates, This is a quiet residential area ideally situated just 5 minutes away from Interstate 4 and Champions Gate offering the very best in Golf. Only 10 minutes from Disney and a further short drive to International Drive offering the very best in attractions and shopping.
We are perfectly placed for those who wish to travel further a field and explore the whole of the "Sunshine State".

A 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with private south facing pool and spawith waterfall feature. The villa is fully air conditioned through out.

Kitchen - Modern bright open plan kitchen which is fully equipped. With fridge/freezer (ice making machine), cooker, hob, and a dishwasher we have a double sink with garbage disposal unit and spray attachment also there is a breakfast bar with stools.

Laundry Facilities - with large capacity washer and separate dryer along with ironing facilities.

Dining - Next to the kitchen we have a dining area with large dining table and chairs with patio doors leading out to an alcove for alfresco dinning on our patio furniture.

Pool Area - Our south facing private pool and spa with waterfall feature is fully screened. Which is heated by gas heater (for an additional charge), so you can enjoy a relaxing swim late into the evening after a hectic day at the parks. We have selection of pools toys for relaxing with in the pool; we have sun loungers, table and chairs.

BBQ - We have a George Foreman BBQ/Grill for outside cooking (fully tried and tested......Chicken tastes great), which all guests are free to use.


Family Room - Our large spacious family room with two comfortable sofas (one being a sofa bed for + 2) and coffee tables, comes equipped with multi-channel cable television (for those early morning weather forecasts), Playstation 2 with a selection of DVD's and games, video with a selection of videos and portable stereo. There is also a selection of board games. Large patio doors opening onto the poolside.

Master Bedroom - The Master bedroom has Queen Size bed with bedside cabinets. With patio doors opening onto the pool area. The bedroom is en-suite (With twin basin, large bath/tub,wc and large walk in shower.) and has multi-channel cable television and DVD player. Walk-in wardrobe prefect for storing all those bargains you can pick up in Orlando.

Second Bedroom - has a full size bed and built-in wardrobes and also has TV and DVD player.

Third Bedroom - is a twin with built in wardrobes and is a themed Mickey room with character TV and DVD player.

Fourth Bedroom - is a twin with built in wardrobes and is a themed princess room with character TV and DVD player

Second Bathroom - is located next to the fourth bedroom with twin basin vanity unit, WC, bath/shower and hairdryer.

Extra Beds - are located for a double sofabed in Family Room, also there are two twin rollaway beds 1 in each of the Twin Bedrooms.

Baby Facilities - We also have a cot/crib (including Winnie the Pooh bedding), highchair and also baby monitor (with nightlight) free for our guest to use.

Management - A local very friendly 24/7 management company

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

All Bedrooms have multi-channel cable TV.

All linen and towels are provided free of charge.
