Our home is on a large corner plot, with a conservation area to the rear and a small lake, creating a place of tranquility and peace. Our Villa faces South so you will maximise the warmth from the Sun. The decking around the pool will enable you to relax as you soak up the warm Florida Sun. Swim in your own private Swimming Pool or relax in the invigorating Jacuzzi/Spa, the choice is ultimately yours.

Our Villa is BRAND New, and consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Beautiful well equipped Kitchen with breakfast Bar, Large Family Room and a spacious Dining Area. With 2 Master Suites with Ensuite Bathrooms leading to the Sparkling swimming pool and Luxury Spa.

With over 2400 square feet of space the under roof, it boast the most up to date ideas in modern living. The main Living area is Open plan with a large Family Room and Dining Room which opens out and joins in the Kitchen with beautifully crafted Wooden Cabinets in modern colors and design.

The Family Room as a Large Screen TV and a DVD Player for those relaxing evenings after the busy days in the Parks, we also provide you with a selection of DVD’s to watch and enjoy or you could even bring along your own personal favorites. The DVD Player in the Family Room is Multi-Region which means no matter where you are travelling from (UK or USA/Canada), you should be able to enjoy your own DVD’s. Large Sofa and Wide Armchairs make this a favourite place for watching TV or a DVD. There is also a Midi-Hi-fi for you to listen to your favourite CD’s or your favourite Radio Station, what more do you need?

All Bedrooms have ample storage space in the Walk In Closets and they all have additional storage either in the Armoire’s (Master Suites) or the Chest of Drawers. All have Colour TV

Bathrooms - All 3 are full bathrooms. The Main Master Bath has a Roman Style Bath Tub. Ample towels are provided and there is additional storage to keep all your toiletries and supplies.

All Rooms are cool and fresh and are air-conditioned. Keeping you cool when out of the warm Florida climate.


Beautiful Sparkling Swimming Pool & Relaxing Invigorating Hot Tub/Spa - This Vacation Home as a Private Swimming Pool with Hot Tub/Spa and Deck and Patio Area. Heated if requested (Electric Heater). We also supply a Solar Pool Blanket which helps conserve the heat and energy in the pool over night for those early morning swims.
The Pool is positioned so that the sun is in the pool the majority of the day through the summer months. With optional heating to top up the warmth during the cooler months or just to add that extra warmth for those late night swims.
The Hot Tub/Spa is a touch of Luxury that most other vacation homes do not have. Relax and unwind while the rest of your guests splash in the pool.
The Patio Area has luxury furniture for your comfort, relax by the pool in the evening or enjoy a invigorating Hot Tub to soothe away those aching muscles. Leading straight from the Family Room and the TWO Master Suites. The Pool is completely Screened to keep out unwanted visitors. Waxed Myrtle hedging makes sure that the rear of the pool has privacy and helps eliminate any breeze.

Outside the Lush Green Grass surrounds the exterior, making this the perfect addition to this fantastic Holiday Home. With the rest of the grounds boasting Landscaped Gardening including Palm Trees in some areas of the community. Absolutely Stunning.
