Bask in the sun and watch the butterflies and dragonflies flitting from the flowers on our shrubs, and see the occasional hawk hovering in the sky, and the birds darting in and out of the pines. Look out for the possums, raccoons, rabbits & armadillos - and quite a few others!

Rolling Hills is located just past marker 5 on the 192 at the Formosa Gardens Estates. Established as one of the premier locations for the Orlando area, it is a small, friendly community that is immaculately maintained with only 192 homes on it. Rolling Hills is only a few minutes from Disney, 10/15 to Sea World, 15/20 to Universal and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Just along from Windsor Hills and a little down the road from Windsor Palms, opposite Formosa Gardens at one entrance, and Indian Creek on the other, and half a mile up the road from Acadia, Oak Island Cove, Oak Island Harbor and 1 - 2 miles Emerald Isles and Sunset Lakes.

This villa is in a quiet and peaceful location where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, and yet in minutes you can sample everything that has made Florida the holiday and vacation centre of the world.

We are not the cheapest but we are one of the nearest! Staying at a location such as ours cuts down the time you spend in your car and gives you more time chilling out with the mouse! You can also come back at lunch for a rest and a swim in the pool -and return in time re-charged for the evening.

CAR HIRE
For UK guests you can book with confidence through this site. You can choose from either Dollar, Budget or Alamo, and both are on Airport at Orlando International. You can book at today’s prices with a deposit of £25 – can you beat that for a good deal? The remainder will be payable 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival at the Florida airports (Orlando, Tampa or Miami).
