** Sandy Key Villa ** is a luxury pool / spa home just 10 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes to Universal.
With easy access to the I4 we are also ideally located for those who would like to venture a little further afield and explore Busch Gardens to the West or Kennedy Space Center to the East.

The pool area at Sandy Key Villa backs on to a conservation area for extra privacy
By the pool you can relax on the luxury pool furniture. We have loungers, reclining chairs with footstools and side tables.
The Lanai with it's ceiling fan provides an excellent area to cool down when the heat gets a little too much to handle. Under here we have a large circular dining table and six chairs. You can comfortably fit the recliners and stools around here too if you need extra seating.
A Gas BBQ is provided for your use
Living Areas....Sandy Key Villa has two separate living areas to keep everyone in your party happy.
The Family Room has a large screen wall mounted TV, DVD and Hifi with Ipod docking station. This room overlooks the pool area.
Adjacent to the Family Room is the Nook. Incorporating table & chairs as well as breakfast bar with stools this is the perfect area for casual dining.
The Coconut Palm Living Room offers an area for those members of your party who would rather just sit and chat, or perhaps read a book. One of the sofas in this room is a Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate an extra 2 guests if required.
The formal Dining Room has a large dining table and six chairs.
Bedrooms
All of our bedrooms have cable TV's.
Master Suite 1 - Whether it's a romantic getaway or a relaxing 5 minutes away from the kids - our Master Suite with view of the pool and conservation area will give you that totally pampered holiday feeling.
Recharge your batteries after a long day in the ultra comfortable Pillowtop King Four Poster Bed.
The suite has an ensuite bathroom complete with walk in shower and garden tub style bath.
This bathroom has direct access to the pool area.
Master Suite 2 - has a luxurious Pillowtop Queen bed & ensuite bathroom.
Spongebob Room - has a Full / Twin bunk. This room was designed with kids in mind! Spongebob Squarepants and his friends wait to welcome them with their very own Spongebob TV/DVD and PS2 complete with a selection of games.
Surf Room - Mickey and Minnie live here! Bedroom four is a brightly colored themed Twin room with Cable TV. Luxury twin beds with pillowtop matresses are waiting for you when you've had enough of the Florida sun & fun.

Pool & Spa Heating available if required at £85 / $153 per week.
Sandy Key does not have set arrival and departure days. This gives you the freedom to take advantage of quieter (and often less expensive) travel times.
There is no minimum rental period at Sandy Key. However, if your stay is 6 nights or less will be subject to a short stay cleaning fee of $85.
A 25% deposit & completed booking form are required to secure your dates. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your booking start date is within 8 weeks, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
Dates will be held for 5 days from your booking request to give you the opportunity to confirm travel arrangements.
A fully refundable security deposit of £150 / $250 is due along with your final balance. This will be returned to you subject to a satisfactory end of stay inspection.
