The entire villa is fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout, our villa has handpicked decorative accents that truly make this wonderful house a stunning home. To make sure you are truly comfortable there are ceiling fans provided throughout the villa and even outside under the lanai, in order to add a gentle poolside breeze on those warm days and nights!
Always popular, our oversized, south facing private pool, with fabulous Jacuzzi, is the highlight of any outdoor time spent at Villa Gardenia. Our sun drenched deck and large covered lanai means that you always have the choice of topping up your golden tan, or maybe just relaxing in the shade, watching the kids playing in the shimmering waters of the pool.
Comfortable poolside furniture ensures that al fresco dining is always an option on those balmy tropical evenings, and our deep padded chairs and sun loungers will ensure that you quickly slip into that laid back “Florida vibe” !
For your added convenience, one of the unique features of Villa Gardenia is a stunning poolside bathroom, complete with shower, which means that you have everything that you need for a long, lazy day both in and out of the water.

We have provided for your fun and enjoyment a fully equipped games room featuring a superb pool table, ever popular foosball and super fast air hockey, together with the electronic delights of a PS2 and a selection of games.
In addition, you will also have the benefit of our PC with complimentary 24/7 high speed internet connection, or the use of our wireless network so you can bring along your own laptop and keep up with your emails and other online activities.
Our fabulously relaxing and tranquil living area is a great place to chill, kick back, relax, and enjoy all the delights of our large screen remote controlled cable TV, a DVD player, a video player and stereo with CD player. With the living area located immediately adjacent to the pool and covered lanai, the patio doors afford a great view and also an entrance directly to the alluring pool outside.
Our three bedrooms will delight even the most discerning of guests :
The spacious master bedroom contains a King size bed and has the benefit of a full sized master bathroom, which features his and hers washbasins, a romantic two person shower, and a WC. The master bedroom itself has ample hanging and storage space, and is designed to give access directly to the pool deck, making it ideal for a late night or early morning dip.
The 2nd bedroom benefits from a stunning Queen sized bed and a walk-in closet. It is furnished throughout to the same high standard that you would expect in a premier vacation home such as Villa Gardenia and is easy on the eye with its stylish decorative accents and muted pastel tones.
The 3rd bedroom is equipped with full size twin beds, an ample closet, night stand, complimenting decorative bedside lamp and additional tropical decorative accents.
In addition, all our bedrooms benefit from a cable TV and a DVD player. With all towels and linens provided for your complimentary use during your stay, throughout the entire household.
We firmly believe that a great family kitchen is the heart of any home, which is why we know you will be thoroughly delighted with all the gadgets, gismos and appliances provided to make your life easier in the culinary department ! Whether it’s a full size fridge freezer or a corkscrew, you’ll find it (and everything else in between) here for your convenience.
Next to our fabulous kitchen is a conveniently positioned utility room which features a washing machine and tumble dryer to ensure that everyone leaves the villa each day looking their very best ! The additional upside to having great laundry facilities “on site” is the ability to be able to pack light and thereby save big bucks on the weight of all that excess baggage – leaving more room on your return flight for souvenirs and shopping !
To accommodate your dining needs, we offer two options. A formal dining area in the family room which features a large table and chairs or a more casual laid back breakfast table in the nook area, which has a delightful view through the nearby bay window with an outlook across both the glistening pool and sun drenched lanai outside.
Ever mindful of our tiny guests, we also provide completely free of charge, a pool alert alarm to warn if your children enter the deck area unattended, a crib, baby monitor and a high chair.
Our management Company is available 24/7 in the unlikely event of any problems and we feel sure that you will be comforted to know that the villa is equipped with a monitored Fire and Intrusion alarm system, plus all the equipment required by Florida State law to comply with all current health and safety codes.

Swimming pool/Jacuzzi heating charged at $170 per week or £98per week. Recommended in the colder months but entirely optional.
A down-payment (deposit) is required of $350 or £200 plus a completed Booking Form to secure the booking.
With the remaining balance, plus a returnable security deposit payable 10 weeks prior to travel.
If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge of $65 / £40.
Included in the Villa price: State & local taxes, cleaning prior to arrival, and all utility bills (water, electricity, etc).
