Our executive 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, villa which sleeps up to 8 people is situated on the beautiful and prestigious community of Countryside at Tuscan Ridge.
Located on US Highway 27 close to several restaurants, it is just minutes from the US Highway 192 with its attractions, shops and eating establishments.
Close by is the Interstate 4 Highway, that provides easy access to both Orlando International and Sanford airports, and the beaches on either the Atlantic or Gulf Coasts.
The main Disney theme parks and other spectacular attractions are only minutes away.
If you are a golfing enthusiast, there are numerous courses in the vicinity, including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.
Villa Hibiscus is situated in an exclusive development comprised of executive vacation and residential homes.
The villa enjoys the benefits of occupying a corner location, it is tastefully decorated and has been professionally furnished and equipped throughout, with many luxury features.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms, a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, a living room, a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a dining room and a laundry room.
There are hair dryers in each bathroom, all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans to compliment the air-conditioning.
All bedrooms have walk in closets, hangers and all linen (including towels and towels for use around the pool) are provided, however we would ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
The family room has Cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment.
The living room has Cable TV and a PS2 Playstation and games, all of the bedrooms have Cable TV.
All patio doors and windows that open have had alarms installed for your peace of mind.
The breakfast nook is furnished with a table and four chairs, for children or informal dining.
There is a separate dining room furnished with a beautiful dark cherry wood dining suite for more formal dining.
The kitchen is fitted with a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, twin sinks with a waste disposal unit.
Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle etc.
All cooking and dining utensils are provided.
There is a telephone which provides for all local, long distance and international calls free of charge.
The games room is equipped with an 8 foot slate bed Professional Pool table, Air hockey and Foosball.
The laundry room is equipped with a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron are also provided.
To the rear is a fully screened heated 26ft x 13ft pool with an adjoining raised Spa/Jacuzzi, the ideal place to relax in after a hectic day at the theme parks, or on the golf course.
The pool has extensive decking and is south west facing to capture the day long sunshine or those magnificent Floridian sunsets.
The pool area is equipped with luxury upholstered poolside furniture, you can choose either to bathe in the sun and top up your tan, or retreat to the welcoming shade of the Lanai with its cooling ceiling fans, the choice is yours.
The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in, but keeps unwanted bugs out.
Enjoy the thrill of moonlit bathing in your own illuminated pool, or savour the peace and tranquillity whilst sitting out and star gazing with a refreshing cold drink.

The price guide is for the villa rental per week, not per person. Part weeks will be charged per night. This includes Electricity, Water, Gas, Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, plus clean bed linen and towels. Minimum stay 5 Nights. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50 Pool Heat (if required) £15 per day Initial Deposit £100 per week Refundable Security Deposit £200 payable at the same time as final balance.
