POOL AREA : Patio doors Leads you to our beautiful south facing private pool Area (all doors to the pool are alarmed and have safety bars for safety of young guest)
The covered lanai is south facing, this Beautiful private pool area is equip with all new Pool furniture and backs onto a private walled garden.
The pool can be floodlit for you to swim in comfort at night and be Heated at a small cost, It slopes from 3ft to 6ft with steps leading into it at two points,with seating areas at Both ends of the pool make it easy to enter.
KITCHEN:The fully equipped family kitchen which has cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher,Fridge freezer,ice maker,coffee maker,and all you need to cater for up to 8 people.
We also have a breakfast bar for two so you do not miss out on those holiday chats. The nook has a formal dining table and chairs for six people,complimentary high chair for young guest to use.
UTILITY ROOM: Includes a washer and dryer are situated in the utility room with Iron and Ironing board complimentary to use.
LARGE GAMES ROOM :A games room designed by our Children for yours with full size snooker table and ice hockey , X box and Games Darts and lots more.
MASTER EN-SUITE :Fit for the Master this room is next to the pool and has a Large bed, en-suite with a large glassed door shower, WC and Vanity unit(a door from the en-suite leads to the pool area which is alarmed for safety of young guest),with walk-in closet and an additional remote TV with Cable to enjoy .
GUEST DOUBLE BEDROOM :This Villa is suitable for two Family to share and has a second double bedroom at the Front of the House , with a remote TV and with Cable,lots of privacy from the rest of the house and next to the jack and Jill bathroom
BATHROOM TWO : A large jack and Jill family bathroom with Bath, over shower,vanity unit and W.C.can be entered from the second double bedroom and twin rooms
TWIN ROOMS: we have two twin rooms which have lots of space,
one is a Disney room with cars bedding for the Little Drivers in the family, and the second for the more older children.
This villa can sleep up to 8 people and baby a new cot and highchair is provided free
