INTERIOR DETAILSThe GREAT ROOM is the heart of our home and comprises the living room and the formal dining area. The LIVING AREA has a high vaulted ceiling, complete with ceiling fan, creating a feeling of light and space. It has a superb 42"plasma screen TV with DVD player and portable CD player, there is an excellent selection of CD's and a number of family orientated DVD's for the use of our guests, favourite titles can also be hired locally.Bring your own laptop and you can have free connection to the internet via our high speed broadband or WiFi link for the duration of your stay. There are sliding doors giving access to the pool and lanai, and the living area is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar complete with 2 barstools.The FORMAL DINING AREA seats 6 people for those special occasions and an additional 4 people can be seated in the OPEN PLAN KITCHEN which features fitted maple units and is equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster etc. and all manner of cooking and eating utensils. There is also a dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker and a waste disposal unit. Laundry need not be a chore with our washer and tumble drier, an iron and ironing board are also provided.1ST MASTER BEDROOMThis room has a high vaulted ceiling complete with ceiling fan. The king-size bed is dressed in tones of reds and russets with scatter cushions to match. The night stands and chest provide ample drawer space. For your convenience there is an alarm clock radio for those early starts at the theme parks, cable TV and a large walk in closet with plenty of hangers.The EN-SUITE BATHROOMis bright and airy with a large walk in shower, a large mirrored vanity with decorator lighting, night-light, bathrobes and hairdryer. There is access to the pool area from this bathroom.The SECOND MASTER SUITE is equal in size to the first and has a lovely view over the pool and conservation area. The king-size bed is dressed in fresh yellow florals. As in the first master there is plenty of drawer space in the night stands and chest. There is cable TV, alarm clock radio and walk in closet. There is an electronic digital safe in the walk in wardrobe for storage of your valuables. The EN-SUITE BATHROOM has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, mirrored vanity with decorator lighting, night light, bathrobes and hairdryer. There are a FURTHER 3 BEDROOMS, one featuring a queen-sized bed and 2 featuring 2 single beds. All are furnished to an equally high standard with television and built in wardrobes. There is a play station 2 in one twin room which will help to keep the kids occupied when the adults need "chill" time. !! The THIRD BATHROOM features a toilet, bathtub with shower over, and vanity. A night-light and hairdryer are also provided.All towels and linens are provided and there are plenty of extra pillows for those who prefer to sleep with two or three!EXTERIOR FEATURESNEWLY EXTENDED DECK AREA GIVES AFURTHER 290 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE WITH SUNBATHING AREA ENSURING SUN FROM DAWN TO DUSK AND NEW LUXURY POOL FURNITURE......NEW PHOTOS COMING SOON !!!!!! Relax under our 12 X 8 covered lanai with ceiling fan, ideal for al fresco dining or sitting with your cocktails (or beer!!) on warm Florida evenings. Deck furniture includes table chairs and enough sun loungers for everyone!Plenty of fluffy pool / beach towels are provided.Our 30 x 15 pool is fully screened and optional pool heating is available at an extra charge. This is advisable (but not compulsory) between the months of Oct and April, when used in combination with the pool blanket this will raise pool temps into the 90's....lovely!We have a removable child safety screen to stop little ones wandering into the pool.Beyond the pool screen there is an extremely large grassy area where the children can play safely away from the pool, and where those who prefer to sun worship away from the filtered rays of the pool screen can sun bathe in privacy.The view from the pool area is simply beautiful.SECURITYWe have a security alarm system which is monitored for both security and fire. We ask our guests to use the alarm whenever the villa is not occupied, there is the option to have the alarm on during the night if this is your preference.There is NO SMOKING PERMITTEDinside the villa, although you may use the deck area.Regretfully WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS
