Waterside villa, is our beautiful 4 bed 3 bathroom with 2 master bedrooms and two twin rooms sharing a bath/shower room, very private pool over looking a small lake(you may be lucky and see our resident alligator!),located at Bridgewater Crossing, a beautiful upscale community ,access to the main interstate 4 is a three minute drive away and just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.Champions Gate golf complex with two 18 hole golf courses, Publix supermarket and several restaurants (all of them will deliver to our villa) are located just two minutes drive from the villa.Sea World is a twenty minute drive and international drive/Universal Studios are 35 minutes away.
Very private executive size swimming pool(28'x14') at the rear,which is a fantastic setting to relax after a day at the parks,luxury padded furniture is provided for you to sit back and listen to the wildlife in the woodland beyond the pond. The pool is fully screened to keep bugs out but lets the sun in, and all doors to the pool are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area,, 165 acres of which border the Bridgewater Crossing community. A lanai offers outdoor shade for those who are not sun worshippers.
Waterside Villa our four-bedroom (2 masters) 3 bathroom villa with its own swimming pool has everything you could need to make your trip to Florida all it should be. It is just ten minutes from Walt Disney World but is located in a quiet community.
The large open plan Lounge has a 2 storey vaulted ceiling and doors to the pool area with luxury leather furniture.
The Dining Area seats 6 people and features a Breakfast Bar with access to the outside.
The modern Kitchen is fully equipped including a large refrigerator,ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and other appliances.
Laundry room with large capacity washer and separate dryer.
The Downstairs Master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.Ideal for the less able who may have difficulty with stairs.
The upstairs Master bedroom has a king sized bed and features a walk-in closet as well as it own TV and VCR and cable .It has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and large walk in shower.
The Twin bed bedroom shares the separate bathroom with the Children's bedroom,also a twin and both these rooms also have cable T.V.
There is a large double driveway at the front of our villa leading to a double garage.
Waterside villa is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting.
