Haycorns is located in the quiet,nature-filled community of Thousand Oaks. It is a well equipped villa, close to the action but away from the hustle and bustle. It is just an easy 10-15 minutes drive to Disney. It has a large South-west facing pool deck with a covered area/lanai that overlooks conservation land, so the pool area is secluded - not another pool screen in sight! The villa has a host of other features including a mulitpupose room with a queens sized sofa bed that you can use to meet the needs of your group, as a den/playroom or as an additional sitting area.

Haycorns is a light and airy, fully air conditioned 3+ bedroom / 2 bathroom villa ideally located on the popular, well established, community of Thousand Oaks. Its sunny, south west facing pool, extended deck, freestanding spa and lanai (covered patio) overlook a conservation area and are naturally secluded.
A day spent at Haycorns is not just a rest day or break form the parks, but an integral part of your holiday which will be enjoyed by guests of all ages.
Haycorns is popular with families, extended families and couples who all enjoy time together in an ideal setting.
Disney Maingate is reached by any easy 10 minute drive involving just one set of traffic lights! Universal Studios is easily accessed via the I4 in about 20 minutes.
THE POOL AREA
The extended pool area is very secluded - not another pool screen in sight from our deck! Haycorns is situated at the end of a cul de sac on a large corner plot.
At the end of its garden is a conservation area and a pond. You can spend hours sat relaxing on the pool deck, and you will be not be disturbed by, nor disturb, anyone other than the other residents of Haycorns or local wildlife!
Thousand Oaks is a beautiful community to stroll/jog round, enjoying the views of the lake and spotting wildlife in their natural habitats.
The pool has a large deck area and a covered lanai to protect you from the sun. It is fully screened to keep bugs out and children in! Comfortable patio furniture is provided to seat all guests, including 5 luxury padded loungers. Relax in our large hot tub/spa packed full of bubbles and heated independently from the pool.
There is a range of pool toys to add to the fun and a barbecue/grill for that full alfresco living! There is bathroom access from the poolside, avoiding the trail of wet footprints through the villa, or to allow you to escape to the pool deck to watch the early morning mists rise or spot the wildlife roaming free in the garden. There is also a basketball net, plus other outdoor toys to enjoy in the garden.
COOKING AND EATING
The kitchen is located in the heart of Haycorns. It is fully equipped to prepare family meals for 8, but with numerous restaurants on the 192, just 10 minutes away, you might prefer to treat yourself to a meal out.
An electric kettle is provided for your convenience. Other equipment includes coffee maker, food mixer, microwave, large fridge/freezer, 4 slice toaster and electric can opener and a dishwasher.
Meals can be eaten in the dining area or seated at one of the bar stools at the breakfast bar , or of course at the table on the pool deck.
In the attached double garage you will find both a washing machine and a dryer.
LIVING AREAS
The lounge area has a large sofa, a loveseat (small sofa) and armchair and overlooks the pool. Two large patio doors enable you to sit in the comfort and cool of the lounge whilst enjoying the view. There is cable TV and a DVD player for your enjoyment. A range of DVDs are also provided. A Nintendo Wii with 4 controllers and nunchucks is there for all to enjoy with games for all ages.
The villa has a den/playroom/chillout room packed with entertainment for guests of all ages. It has a huge box of Lego Duplo, a massive wooden train set, numerous toys and family games, books and DVDs and a TV.
BEDROOMS
The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite facilities, a TV with Cable, and lots of cupboard space.
There is also a small sofa in this room. The pool area can be accessed directly from the ensuite bathroom with its large walk in shower.
The other 2 bedrooms both with twin beds are located on the other side of the villa. These are idea for adults or children.
A cot/crib and highchair are available free of charge for our youngest guests. A stroller/buggy is also available for their use - ideal if you want to stroll to the Thousand Oaks lake.
In the den is a large sofa which converts to a queen size bed, allowing you the opportunity to spread out and relax at Haycorns.
Haycorns can easily sleep 8 people in privacy with no need for anyone to sleep in the lounge.
There are silently operating ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge and the den to keep you all cool.
MAKING YOU WELCOME
We do all we can to make your arrival at Haycorns straightforward and welcoming.
The keys to Haycorns will be in a coded lock box outside its front door. There is no need to struggle to find another location to collect the key before you can enter the villa - just turn up and let yourself in.
The cost of villa rental includes free local,national and international calls. You can even bring your own laptop and access the internet for free via our wireless broadband link.
Late checkout may be available, at no extra charge - allowing you to make the most of you precious last hours on holiday.
LOCATION
The nearest supermarket,Publix, is located just a 2-3 minutes minutes drive away and en route from the airports and the parks. There are other shops and restaurants and a pharmacy located at nearly Champions gate including McDonalds, an Italian restaurant,Chilli's mexican restaurant, a chinese take away and a Subway. Champion’s Gate is most famous for its golf courses designed by Greg Norman.
Orlando International Airport is an easy 40 minute drive on quiet roads. Sanford is just 10 minutes further away.
You may also like to consider flying into Tampa airport, located just off the Interstate 4 highway, just over an hour away. Haycorns is only minutes from Junction 58 of the I4, giving you easy access to both the Gulf and the Space coast beaches and tourist attractions.

No minimum stay, although stays of less than 7 nights incur cleaning charge of $80/£50.
Pool heating is available at £17/$34 per day. Pool heating is recommended between October and March inclusive. Spa heating is included free of charge all year round.
