Our stay at Calabay Hideaway was absolutely perfect and checked every box for my families Disney vacation! The house itself was immaculately clean, spacious, vibrant and modern. It came equipped with everything we could possibly need and more… from luxuriously soft blankets and fluffy towels, all the kitchen essentials you could possibly need, comfy furniture and beautiful area rugs/decor! The laundry machine/dryer was a surprisingly great convenience to prevent this momma from returning home with heaps full of laundry. The pool area was pristine and private, had lots of furniture for lounging, tanning or even for family meals outside. Heck, the BBQ was even new! The pool itself was clean, warm and could be lit up at night for a romantic vibe. We all had a blast in the games room, and enjoyed all the extras the hosts provided us with (like ponchos for the unexpected rainy days). The house was conveniently located super close to Disney, as well as lots of restaurants, grocery stores and touristy areas within a short drive. Having Starbucks in walking distance was a great treat. The community felt super safe and the neighbours were very friendly. The hosts, Julie and Jon, were a delight to deal with. From our very first interactions it was clear they take pride in their home and want to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. They were friendly, informative, incredibly responsive and funny to boot! Without a doubt in our minds we would absolutely recommend Julie and Jon’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a lovely Disney (or even just Orlando) vacation! We can't wait for our next vacation back and will hands down be staying at Calabay Hideaway!

We enjoyed our time here this winter. House was clean, comfortable furniture, tv's in all 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Lanai was excellent with very comfortable outdoor couch and chairs, patio table with cushioned chairs, plus 4 cushioned chair that laid back for sunning. We spent alot of time on the lanai and in the pool. Beds were comfortable. If there are alot of people staying at one time there are several areas that people can go where you aren't all crowded into one room. Garage had a pool table, basketball, air hockey, fooseball and darts. Several games to play including Xbox. Great place for families and retirees. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts are very attentive and communicate back quickly. They are quick to take care of any problems that would arise. Everything went fine for us. We intend on booking this place again.

Would recommend using this villa. In a quiet residential area. Owners are only happy to help, with very quick response to any emails sent. House is nice and clean and pool has sun on it during the day. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This little piece of heaven is conveniently located very close to Orlando in a quiet and lovely community. The home is very cozy & clean, with beautiful furnishings & decor all around the house. The bed was so comfy that my husband and I slept amazing every night which is typically unusual for us when we travel away from our own bed for a week. You can truly bring your whole family here as there is plenty of space!!! Lots of activities to keep the kids occupied (i.e games room, game console, their own tvs, pool, etc). The pool & lanai area is zen! There is a lounge area to catch some rays and also plenty of shade so you can escape the sun. The pool is clean and was the perfect temperature for us! The owners were lovely, with excellent communication which made our arrival and stay so seamless. They really did think of it all here! We had an incredible week and will absolutely be back again! This is our 2nd visit to this particular house in Calabay parc. It was perfect the 1st time (although a little dated) , which led us to a 2nd visit. It did not disappoint. Aside, from the owners being theme park nerds, like ourselves , along with being wonderful, friendly and accommodating people, the house is a combination of sheer bliss and contentment. It is the perfect spot for your home away from home holiday. We would definitely come back for a 3rd, 4th and maybe 5th visit…and more. We would highly recommend this fabulous home for any length of time , whether it’s 1 week or 1 month.

No matter what your itinerary is coming back to the house w/that wonderful pool is perfect! Then you can dry off playing games in the garage. Beds were super comfy. Bathrooms average. All the perks of home. We had a teenage boy who enjoyed the area w/sofa bed. We did not have small children but the house is equipped w/high chair and pack n play. The house is conveniently located to all kinds of shopping.

This was a return visit to Florida after 11 years and a 2nd visit to Calabay Parc - the villa is amazing, a home from home, with the added luxury of the pool and games room located in the garage. All bedrooms are perfectly equipped as is the kitchen. Adult daughter loved the laundry room and adult son loved the barbeque! 8 year old grandson was never out of the pool when we were not visiting the parks. Ideal location on Highway 27 for supermarkets and restaurants. We followed the road to the 192 to visit the parks to avoid the I4 and this worked very well. I4 just up the road if visiting Busch Gardens and beyond. Please take a look and add to your favourites when choosing your next villa in Davenport, Florida. The Millers.

We had a fantastic two weeks in Florida with the villa as a base. The villa was everything we wanted, good size rooms which are air conditioned and a lovely pool to swim in day or night. Good outside sheltered area to sit in as well as loungers to soak up the sun. The villa is well located to get to Tamper bay in the West & Kennedy space centre in the east (within just over hours drive) and all the theme parks which are central (within less than 30 mins. drive). There are lots of good places to eat nearby, we used many of them. The washing machine and tumble dryer make it easier to travel lighter. The villa is well equipped to keep the kids amused with a pool table, table tennis and table football. The villas owners are thoughtful and left laminated instructions for the use of equipment and rang once during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had. We had a lovely stay. UK visitors.

"Wow" was the first reaction from the family as we opened the door for the first time to our home for the next two weeks. Light and airy, clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, maintained to a high standard, comfortably furnished and well appointed. Situated in a lovely, well maintained, peaceful community off the US 27 highway, TLC Villas was a restful and relaxing place to be after a long day at the theme parks. The outlook from the pool is picturesque and not overlooked by neighbours and the pool itself is a good size with a funky light system for night time dips. The deck has ample space and furniture to sunbathe, chill or dine al fresco with the family. The games room is an added bonus and has a myriad of games and entertainments that will keep the kids (young and old!) well occupied should the rain come or you just want a day off from the mouse. TLC Villas is well situated to access the US 192 highway and I4 interstate for Disney, Universal, Seaworld etc. as well as the Florida Mall and Outlet stores with the US 27 highway offering plenty of local amenities including restaurants, diners, supermarkets, and gas stations. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time at TLC Villas and we have no hesitation in recommending it as your next Florida home from home.

Our family of 5 had an amazing holiday at this fantastic villa and nobody wanted to come home!. It is ideally located for all the theme parks, with quick and easy access to the I4 motorway. At the same time, it is located in a peaceful and quiet community, so provides a perfect haven after a busy day at the parks. The villa is spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed for our holiday. Our children loved the pool, which is not overlooked, and made good use of the great games room. I booked the villa directly with the owners, who were extremely efficient and helpful, and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. The directions from Orlando airport were fantastic! We would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

From our first enquiry to the very end of our stay this was the best experience. The booking process was easy and any question was answered promptly. We were a family of 7, grandparent, parents and 3 children and all enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Comfortably furnished (great beds), spotlessly clean and with everything you could wish for in the kitchen. We didn't do any cooking, - the most was breakfast and assembling salads in the evening - but if we wanted to everything you might need was there. We really enjoyed the pool and the children loved the pool floats/toys. Also having beach blankets and some chairs was great when we ventured away from the Orlando area. The area was great and really well maintained, plenty of shops/restaurants nearby and not too far from the Theme parks. We did Universal this year and had no problems. We arrived into MCO and the directions were faultless, better than Google maps! I hope that we will be able to return in the not too distant future. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in your villa and adding so much to our holiday.

We took our daughter and grand daughter for a Disney Easter break. The villa is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. The pool is not directly overlooked and together with a fabulous games room were a welcome respite after a busy day at the theme parks. We all had a fabulous time and would use the villa again.
