Relax in our fully air-conditioned, spacious single storey villa only minutes from DISNEY! DISNEY'S DEN is our own family holiday home which we visit ourselves several times a year to refresh, refurbish and upgrade to ensure we maintain a very high standard of accommodation for our guests. Our single-storey home is fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge 28ft SW-facing private pool - not overlooked. The living room is the focal point of the villa with a spacious open-plan aspect & high vaulted ceilings.

The 28’ x 14’ rectangular pool has a South-West facing aspect and has underwater lighting and heating. With a walled garden and an attractive array of Azalea bushes creating a natural screen providing extra privacy, the property is not overlooked from the rear. The covered lanai offers welcome shade from the HOT Florida sun, with table and chairs, sun-loungers and recliners, outdoor lighting and a ceiling fan; ideal for al-fresco dining!

THE ABBEY is a small, exclusive gated community (camera-monitored for added security) on the much sought-after development of WEST HAVEN, with its red-brick driveways, palm tree-lined boulevards all set amidst a quiet and peaceful wildlife conservation area of outstanding natural beauty, yet ideally located so close to all the major attractions and amenities.

You will find us on the CR54 Ronald Regan Parkway, between US27 (1/2 ml)and INTERSTATE-4 (exit 58) at Champions Gate, providing easy access to Disney and all the major attractions. We are a genuine 5 MILES from DISNEY, just 10 minutes to Disney's Wide World of Sports and Celebration, only 2-minutes to Greg Norman's prestigious CHAMPIONS'S GATE PGA Golf resort and shopping village, with its excellent choice of shops, restaurants and Publix supermarket. For more serious shopping, the new Posner Park shopping area, with JC PENNEY, TARGET and many other stores is only 4 miles and the Prime Outlets at Lake Buena Vista, with designer stores factory outlets are just 10 miles along the I-4. The Pool Deck & Covered Lanai:
The extended 28’x 14’ rectangular pool has a South-West facing aspect and is perfect for a real swim! With an attractive array of Azalea bushes creating a natural screen and a walled garden providing extra privacy, the property is not overlooked from the rear. The pool has underwater lighting and optional heating (recommended during the winter months of October - April).

The covered lanai has a ceiling fan and offers welcome shade from the hot Florida sun. The lanai has outdoor lighting and is furnished with table, chairs and a plentiful supply of Palm Casuals luxury padded sun-loungers and pool furniture - ideal for al-fresco dining!!

Twin bedroom 1 with a Disney theme. 2 single beds, a large closet, drawer unit, lamp, ceiling fan & Cable TV, CD player and toy box.

Twin bedroom 2 with a Golf theme. Again with 2 single beds, a closet, drawer unit, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan & Cable TV.

The 2 twin bedrooms share the adjoining 3rd bathroom which also serves as the pool bath, giving direct access to the lanai & pool deck. The bathroom has vanity unit with wash-handbasin, hairdryer, bath with overhead shower, W.C., towel store.
All bed linens, hairdryers and towels are provided.

The Games Room
For indoor entertainment we have a Games room with Foosball, Table-tennis, Air-hockey, Electronic Darts, PS2 with games, and a good selection of DVDs, Videos, Books and Board games available for guest use. Playstation2 with selection of games


The property is fully Air-conditioned throughout and is also supplemented with ceiling fans in every room. All rooms have Cable TV.

We also have an Electronic Coded Lock Box system do no need to drive around to a key collection point or agency, the coded Lock Box system enables you to drive straight to the villa and key in your personal entry code issued to you prior to departure.

Our home is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants and is in full compliance with State safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and alarms on all doors leading to the pool deck. A centrally monitored Security Alarm is installed.

Situated on the CR54 (Ronald Regan Parkway) just 2 miles from Jct 58 of Interstate 4, providing easy access to airports, all major attractions, and both coasts. Disney gates are only 10 minutes away and a choice of excellent restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses, are all just a short drive. The prestigious new PGA Golf resorts of Champions Gate and Reunion Resort are just a 2-minute drive, with a good choice of shops, restaurants and supermarket.

Pool heating is optional (although recommended Oct thru April) and charged at £85 per week ($150 USD)

A non-Refundable Deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at time of booking.*

The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Payment is accepted either by UK or USD Cheque, Bank Wire transfer to our UK or US account, or via PayPal (Credit/Debit cards incur a 4% service charge).

A $250 security deposit is required in the form of a credit card authorization, to be held as Security Damage cover against any loss or damage to the property or its contents during your stay.

Bookings are accepted for a minimum of 5 nights only. Bookings of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge of $85 (£50)
We are pleased to offer a long-stay reduction for bookings of 21+ nights

Check-in time is 4pm; check-out time is 11am, although alternate arrangements may be possible with prior consent of the owners.

All prices quoted are for the rental of the villa per week, not per person

*NB: If the booking is within 10 weeks of arrival, the amount is to be paid in full. A booking is not confirmed until clearance of the deposit.
