Relax in our fabulous, fully air-conditioned, spacious (1800 sq ft} villa right on DISNEY's DOORSTEP!! Home from home and fully equipped with everything you need for that perfect vacation. Our home is strictly No Smoking and we do not allow pets!

We played at Champions Gate in our second week here and what a real treat that was. Thank you so much for renting your villa to us. It worked out perfect. I have to admit I was a little worried booking over the internet even though the pictures looked wonderful, but it was great. The house is great, the pool wonderful, and it's not far from anything. Each day we found something closer (i.e. Walgreens, Subway, etc.) Lucky for us you have cable in the rooms for the kids, so no one missed out on anything. Our girls AAU basketball team made it to the sweet 16 out of 85 teams so we had a great experience there also. Your management company is great. We had to extend our stay an extra night and they were very accommodating, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend your villa to anyone needing a place in Orlando. Thanks again!

We have just had the most incredible holiday at Abbey Villa. We found it comfortable, stylish, convenient and a real home from home. It was so relaxing. After a few days I realised just what the WOW factors were: the total privacy - in a hotel there is always a lot of coming and going of staff in the room, in this Villa we didn't have those stresses and strains so I rate it 5 star+. Another WOW factor is the view from the kitchen, looking through the villa out onto the pool. Can't wait to go back to see that again. The location was excellent. We were there to play golf and boy did we play at some superb courses all within 40 minute drive from the Villa. Yes, there are some good restaurants nearby but with those cooking facilities in the Villa and Publix Supermarket not far away I thoroughly enjoyed the evenings we stayed in and cooked. That is a first for me as normally I don't do any cooking on a holiday. So thank you for creating this wonderful haven. We will be back!"

DISNEY'S DEN is our family-owned vacation home and has been professionally furnished to a high standard throughout, whilst offering all the comforts of home.

Our home is fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge 30 ft SW-facing private pool. The living room is the focal point of the villa with it’s spacious open-plan aspect & cathedral ceilings.

The 28’ x 14’ rectangular pool has a South-West facing aspect and has underwater lighting and heating. With a walled garden and an attractive array of Azalea bushes creating a natural screen providing extra privacy, the property is not overlooked from the rear. The covered lanai offers welcome shade from the HOT Florida sun, with table and chairs and a ceiling fan; ideal for al-fresco dining!

THE ABBEY is an exclusive gated community on the prestigious new development of WEST HAVEN, with its red-brick driveways, palm tree-lined boulevards and set amidst a wildlife conservation area, yet close to all major attractions and amenities.

You will find us on the CR54 (Ronald Regan Parkway), just off JCT 58 OF INTERSTATE-4 and ½ mile from US27. We are only 5 MILES from DISNEY. Also only 10 minutes along the I-4 to Disney's Wide World of Sports and just a 2-minute drive to the exclusive PGA Golf Resort and excellent choice of shops, restaurants and Publix supermarket at Champions Gate Village. The upgraded 28’x 14’ rectangular pool has a South-West facing aspect and is ideal for a proper swim! With a walled garden and an attractive array of Azalea bushes creating a natural screen providing extra privacy, the property is not overlooked from the rear. The pool has underwater lighting and heating is provided free of charge during the winter months of October - April.

The covered lanai, offers welcome shade from the hot Florida sun and we have a good selection of luxury pool furniture on the spacious sun deck, together with table, chairs and a ceiling fan - ideal for al-fresco dining

A spacious, light & airy open plan room with Cathedral / vaulted ceiling. Glass doors open give access directly onto the pool deck.
Tastefully furnished with: 3 seat sofa, 2 seat sofa, single armchair, glass coffee table, 2 drinks tables with lamps, ceiling fan. T.V. /Entertainment centre with DVD, VCR, CD player.

A formal dining room with delightful views over the wetland. Furnished with a large rectangular glass table (which can be matched with that in the breakfast nook for larger parties) and 6 comfortable high back chairs. There is a full compliment of elegant crockery, cutlery and glassware for your enjoyment.

The Breakfast Nook has a glass table with 4 high back chairs.

The Bedrooms:
Master bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom, Queen-size bed, walk-in closet, dresser unit with mirror, night stands each with bedside lamp, ceiling fan & Cable T.V., Radio Alarm clock, Telephone, Electronic Safe. Sliding glass doors giving direct access to the pool-deck.

The en-suite bathroom has vanity units with twin wash handbasins, W.C., Roman bathtub, large walk-in shower cubicle, hairdryer, bathroom scales and towel store.

Master Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom, Queen-size bed, closet, drawer unit & night stand with lamp and radio alarm clock, ceiling fan, Cable TV.

The en-suite bathroom has vanity unit with wash handbasin, hairdryer, bath & overhead shower, W.C.

Twin bedroom 1 has a Disney theme. 2 single beds, a large closet, drawer unit, lamp, ceiling fan & Cable TV, CD player and toy box.

Twin bedroom 2 has a Golf theme. Again with 2 single beds, a closet, drawer unit, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan & Cable TV.

The 2 twin bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom which also serves as the pool bath, giving direct access to the lanai & pool deck. The bathroom has vanity unit with wash-handbasin, hairdryer, bath with overhead shower, W.C., towel store.
All bed linens, hairdryers and towels are provided.

The Games Room.
For indoor entertainment we have a Games room with table-tennis, Air-hockey, Electronic Darts, PS2 with games, and a good selection of DVDs, Videos, Books and Board games available for guest use.


The property is fully Air-conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans in every room. All rooms have Cable TV.

We also have an ON-SITE CODED LOCK BOX SYSTEM. No need to drive around to a key collection point or agency, the coded Lock Box system enables you to drive straight to the villa and key in the entry code issued to you prior to departure.

Our home is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, and is in full compliance with State safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and alarms on all doors leading to the pool deck. A centrally monitored Security Alarm is installed.
