Our air conditioned villa with private pool & spa/jacuzzi backs onto a lake and is situated on a quiet residential development called 'Indian Point', just off Poinciana Boulevard and Highway 192 Kissimmee.
It is 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and 3 minutes from a 24 hr Super Walmart for all your shopping needs.

Guests have the use of a communal swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court and childrens play areas. The furnishings are Floridian style and provide luxurious accommodation for 8 people plus an infant.

Our home is immaculately maintained by our friendly management company who are there to help and advise you. They live on the development and can be contacted 24hrs a day.

Twin beds, ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD, spacious wardrobe, radio/CD player. All Linen provided.

Family Bathroom
Bath shower, toilet and vanity sink. All towels provided.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with every modern appliance you could need to make your stay easier; Large cooker, Large Fridge/freezer with ice-maker, Microwave,Coffee-maker,toaster,dishwasher,waste disposal unit,and all the utensils, crockery, cutlery and pans you will need.

Dining Room
Seperate Dining room with seating for 6 in a sunny aspect.

Pool Deck & Lanai
Private fully screened 30' x 12' swimming pool and separate raised jacuzzi/spa with extended decking area for sunbathing and covered patio/lanai with luxury sun loungers & padded cushions, table and chairs. The mesh screen gives protection from the Floridian bugs whilst you enjoy the sun.
Under water and Poolside lighting makes sure that you can enjoy relaxing in the pool or spa even after the sun sets. Imagine yourself sitting down to a cool drink as you watch your children enjoying themselves in the pool - there's nothing better!

For most of the year the sun warms the pool, however heating is available for an additional charge during November - March.
The patio doors to the pool from the lounge area are alarmed to comply with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children entering the pool area.


Garage
Large integral double garage with electric door housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vaccum cleaner.

Local Amenities
Just 3 minutes away is a 24 hr Super Walmart selling everything you could ever want or need.
There are many restaurants within 4 minutes drive, a Super Target Store which sells good quality clothing, home accessories and so much more - gentlemen you may lose your wife in here!!
For the serious shopper there are several Malls within easy driving distance and for the children as well as Disney there are numerous activities such as Crazy Golf,Ten Pin Bowling,Childrens Play park and Air Boat Rides. Not forgetting Dad, if he gets sick of Golfing at one of the many local pay and play courses he could always try a balloon ride, go-Karting or helicopter flight.

Management Company - Our home is immaculately maintained by our friendly management company who are there to help and advise you. They can be contacted 24hrs a day. We have chosen them because they look after our home as if it were their own!
