Our pool is an impressive 25' x 15' sparkling private screened pool with exquiste view of the fabulous lake, just the place to unwind after a hectic day visitng our well loved friends at Disney, or even after a sundrenched day playing a game of golf in the nearby courses.Now with even more ways to relax after a stressful day, have a chilled drink in our brand new bubbling spa, the sunset is magnificient.
Fancy a "chill out", then our spa is the place to you can really experience that "ME" time.
To complete your relaxing day, carry on into the evening by the pool with pool lights and lanai night lights to make that perfect end to the day watching the sunset over the lake with a refreshing (plastic glass) of margherita or beer.
Enjoy this area with 2 comfortable sun loungers. 2 Tables and 8 luxury chairs for all your outside dining needs, with a sunshade should you next to cool off a bit.
Pool heating is available as an optional extra and recommended in the winter months from October to April.
All pool doors are alarmed for childrens safety and security.
Games room
Our fully fitted games room comes with a full size pool table and foosball table and not forgetting a dart board for those days relaxing around the home. Just the thing to keep the BIG kids as well as those little ones happy. Do you want to just sit & relax and watch the children enjoy, we have a couple of comfortable chairs and table.
The family room is the place where the whole family can relax after a day in the glorious warm weather of Orlando. A three seater sofa and love seat Cable TV and DVD/VCR with a couple of DVD's already there for you to enjoy. and with direct access via lania doors to the pool area.
The second lounge is a for that quiet moment away from the pool area and tv, with a three seater sofa and love seat, you can read a book, take a doze even.
The dining area where all your hungry needs are met will seat 6 with the option to put two extra chairs around from the sitting room. Just the place to get together and talk about the wonderful day you all had.
There is a fully fitted kitchen if you happen to have the chance to cook, Oven, hob, microwave,fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender you name it we have it, cooking for the whole team or just a quick bite.
There is a separate family sized laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has stunning views looking over the pool and lake. A beautiful King sized comfortable bed luxurious bedding with cable tv and alarm clock radio and telephone, also an master bathroom is linked with this master bedroom. We have installed security deposit box here for your peace of mind, and added security should you wish to use it.
The 2nd master is a peaceful spot at the head of the house with a Queen sized comfy bed with cable tv.
We have two sets of very large twin DISNEY THEMED bedrooms with ample size walk in wardrobes. Cable TV and playstation.
A double fold out bed is in our living room area, for those times that you need to sleep 10 people comfortably. With beautiful double luxury bedding, a hideaway bed that has all the luxury of a master king.
Ensuite to the master has an over bath shower, double wash hand basin and plenty of towels
The family bathroom located just by the twin bedrooms has an over bath shower, WC and wash hand basin, towels are provided for in each bathroom, Please do not use the towels for the pool area.
Especially for those travelling with small children, we have FREE baby equipment especially fit for the small ones. Use of Stroller, Travel crib and high chair. We also have a baby monitor kit.
The telephone located in the villa is available to guests for use of umlimited FREE local calls. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNATIONAL CALLING PLAN
Our Community facilities in Hampton Lakes are excellent, a very well kept community pool, you will also meet a friendly face or two. Beautiful tennis courts, just the place to keep kids happy, Fancy a game of volleyball with your neighbours, that here too. as well as Basketball and a toddlers play area, there is something for every member of the family, and meet a couple of new friends along the way.
Dont forget all these are FREE for our guests to use in our home.
