Pearl Villa is a luxury four bedroom, three bathroom two story villa with over 2,200 sq.ft. of living space. Located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, a safe and friendly well established gated community on the US 27. A quiet location and only 20 minutes from Disney World.
The private screened pool with a large sun deck is fantastic for those quieter, more relaxed days not spent visiting the theme parks.
The villa is fully air conditioned with a large family room, sitting room and two dining areas, the open plan layout of the villa offers ample space for a family or group of friends.

Private Pool:
The 26ft x 13ft pool is South West facing and benefits from the sun from mid morning to dusk. It has underwater lighting, perfect for a late evening swim.
There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests.
The covered porch has a patio table and chairs; there are also 6 luxury padded sun loungers on the large sundeck.
The pool has free solar heating, there is also electric heating for the cooler months for which there is a charge if it is requested.

Family Room
An open plan and spacious room with 3 large sofas to relax in, 32" flat screen cable TV, DVD player. A PlayStation for big and little kids to play games and various board games for all the family.
Sitting Room
As well as the main family room there is a sitting room with a 3 seater sofa, CD player and I Pod docking station. Choose a book to read from our library and chill out.
Dining
If you are planning a celebration meal or just want that family meal the formal dining room with table and seating for 6 is the place to be.
For that informal breakfast or quick snack before you head for the parks our breakfast room overlooking the pool with table and seating for 4 is ideal.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, ceramic top stove, built in microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, juicer, smoothie maker, glasses and flatware. Plastic glasses, dishes and plates for the pool deck.
Bedrooms
Master King En-Suite with a 6ft bed and ceiling fan.
Queen with 5ft bed and ceiling fan.
2 Twin rooms.
All 4 bedrooms have cable TV, DVD players, large wardrobe closets, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and clock radios.
Bathrooms
Master bathroom has a corner tub, walk in shower, vanity sink and a dressing room/wardrobe closet and towel closet.
Family bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower, vanity sink and towel closet.
Shower room with walk in shower and vanity sink.
Hairdryers are provided in all 3 bathrooms.
Laundry Room
No one like to do the laundry on vacation but if needs must we have a full laundry room in the house with washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games Room
Fancy a game of pool! We have a 7ft pool table and a full size air hockey table.
Keep fit! To burn off those extra pounds we have a cross trainer.
A great room to use of an evening or for those relaxing days spent back at the villa.
WIFI
Free High Speed Wireless Internet access is provided. The system is ready to use, just bring along your own laptop computer and hook up.
All linen and house towels provided
All local telephone calls are free
A baby's pak-n-play crib, highchair, and buggy/stroller are all provided free of charge.
We have an excellent management company who can be called upon at any time of the day
Southern Dunes resort facilities including all golf, clubhouse bar and restaurant, 3 communal swimming pools, tennis courts and a children's play area.
Southern DunesSouthern Dunes Golf and Country Club has it's own clubhouse with restaurant and bar. There are tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a children's play area, all within walking distance of our home. Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.

Bookings are not restricted to seven day multiples although we do require a 3 night minimum stay.
Rental periods of seven days or more will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
Reduced rates for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
ELECTRIC POOL HEAT : Optional on request £95/$175 per week.
DEPOSIT : A non refundable deposit of £150/$270 per.week booked is required to secure a booking.
Bookings of 7 days or less will incur a cleaning fee of £60/$95.
