Located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, a safe and friendly gated community on the US 27 and only 20 minutes from Disney World. The private pool with a large sun deck is fantastic for those quieter, more relaxed days not spent visiting the theme parks. Private Pool: The 30ft x 15ft pool is South West facing and benefits from the sun from mid morning to dusk. It has underwater lighting, perfect for a late evening swim.There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests. The covered porch has a patio table and chairs; there are also 6 padded sun loungers on the large sundeck. The pool has free solar heating, there is also electric heating for the cooler months for which there is a charge if it is requested.Features of our villaFamily RoomAn open plan and spacious room with 3 large sofas to relax in, 32" flat screen cable TV, DVD player. Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.
