Our home on Emerald Island Resort has been designed and furnished with your interests and comfort in mind.

We have chosen Emerald Island for the site of our home because of its location and its amenities. We have also chosen a house model that has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 2216 square feet of air conditioned luxury.

We have designed a pool area which we are sure our guests will enjoy. The pool itself is situated almost central in the deck, so that guests can sunbath all around the perimeter giving a sense of more space than the 40'x30' the deck actually caters for.

Also attached to the pool is an outdoor spa which is raised 12" from the deck and accessed by steps.

Emerald Island is less than 10 minutes drive to the gates of Disney and less than 25 minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Florida Mall, Mall of Millenia and Premium Outlets.

As you drive up to the entrance of the Beautiful Emerald Island Resort and pass through the security gates you will be greeted by the relaxing beauty of the dolphin fountains. The nearby club house which is located next to a picturesque lake with fountain includes amenities such as a gathering room with full size pool table and large TV, video games room, fitness room, sauna, computers with internet access, concierge service, communal pool and spa, licensed pool side bar serving soft drinks, beers, wines, hot and cold snacks.
The resort also includes Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, 2 outdoor kids play areas and a Nature Trail.
The resort itself benefits from an enviable location being so close to the Disney theme parks you are only minutes away from the fun and excitement that all the theme parks have to offer. Also being a gated community which is manned 24/7 gives additional piece of mind.

If you are after some retail therapy we are also close to the Premium Outlets, Prime Outlets, Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia, all are less than a twenty minute drive.
If you wish to visit the Beautiful Florida beaches you have the choice of the Atlantic coast with such beaches as Melbourne, Cocoa, Vero and Daytona or the Gulf coast which includes St Pete`s, Treasury Island, Madeira, Clearwater and many many more.

Our large 5 bedroom 4 bathroom air conditioned home is on two levels.
On entering Orlando`s Emerald Villa the entrance hallway guides you to the large living room area where you will immediately appreciate the open space due to the 17 foot ceiling and open plan layout. The patio doors in both the living room and adjoining kitchen nook both look out onto the beautiful large oversized south facing pool deck. The open plan theme carries from the nook through the fully equipped kitchen and into the formal dining room area.
All bedrooms in the home have cable television. Two of the double bedrooms are located on the ground level. One is the main master bedroom with views out to the pool deck. Furnished with large American king sized bed and TV armoire, this room has a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, his and hers marble sinks, corner bath and large walk in closet. The other bedroom located on the ground level has an American queen sized bed and has a bathroom with walk in shower located directly across the hall. The utility room is located in the home and not in the garage and has a large separate washer and dryer. The garage has been converted into a games room which includes pool table, air hockey and foosball tables.
The upper level consists of a further 3 bedrooms, one of which is the second master with an American queen sized bed and has its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and share the fourth bathroom.
The large oversized south facing pool deck measures 30x40ft. With the house being of a size able to take up to ten people we have extended the pool deck so that it will easily accommodate large or multiple families. The 30x14ft pool is positioned almost central on the deck giving more sunbathing area around the pool. Even with the baby safety fence in position, there is ample sunbathing space either side of the fence. The pool furnishings consist of 6 loungers, 2 reclining chairs with footstools, two tables and eight chairs. There is also a Spa attached to the pool for those relaxing nights after a tiring day at the theme parks or shopping malls, sipping a cool drink under the stars. You can’t beat it!!!


All bathrooms have hair dryers and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Towels, pool towels and bed linen are also provided.
For parties with infants, we also supply push chairs (2), portable cots (2) and a high chair for your use during your stay.
Free Wi-Fi broadband connection for guests who wish to use their laptops or mobile device.
Free local, long distance and international phone calls.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Your villa was probably the biggest contributor. The grandchildren simply loved the pool and spa. In fact when we asked the 6 year old the best part of the vacation she said "the pool". Each day at Disney the two oldest kept saying, "Let's go back to the pool"! The baby items were a great help to us. We used all of it! Thanks for the strollers! The benefit of the directions was quite helpful especially the shortcut to Disney - Thanks! We used the game room several times, our favorite was the air hockey game. The TVs in each room was wonderful. You seem to have come up with the perfect vacation villa for those with children. Thanks for being so considerate!
The management company had complimentary eggs, bread, juice, milk, butter, etc when we arrived and we thought that was wonderful. We loved the bread especially!
