This villa is situated on Cumbrian Lakes which is a small, upmarket community nestled within a 200 acre conservation area, with access via security gate to provide privacy and security. Yet this lush, green, peaceful backdrop is situated just a few minutes off the main highway 192 in Kissimmee, with its vast array of shops and restaurants. Cumbrian Lakes is only 10 minutes from Disney and is also a perfect central location for visiting Universal Studios, Sea World, Gulf Coast beaches and all the other major attractions that Florida has to offer

”Villa Pip” is a 2-story executive villa, providing pure luxury in every sense of the word. It has a:-

The downstairs accommodation includes spacious:-

o Family room with 32 inch Television, cable TV, a Playstation 2 (including DVD player) and patio doors to pool.

o Fully equipped kitchen incorporating breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc
o Family dining area overlooking the pool
o Two bedrooms – The double bedroom has a luxurious queen sized bed and patio doors which lead to the pool. The other bedroom is a twin.

o A brand new games room complete with an 8ft slate pool
table
o Washer and tumble dryer area
o Telephone with free locals calls

The upstairs accommodation includes:-

o Master Suite - with a king size bed, cable TV, and private balcony overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom boasts a huge walk in shower, double vanity sinks, bath, separate toilet and walk-in closets.
o 1 triple bedroom designed specially for the children with a Disney theme
o A twin bedroom
o Further full bathroom, with both a bath and a shower.
o In addition the villa also has a highchair and cot..
o All linen and towels are provided.

Pool area overlooks the beautiful conservation area, and boasts:-

o 12X30 ft screened pool with a spacious decking/patio area
o Jacuzzi spa
o Poolside toilet and shower
o Table, chairs, & sun lounges
o Covered lanai (sheltered al-fresco dining area)

Pool Heat £85 per week (Recommended between October and April)

Minimum Stay : None but a cleaning charge of £50 is levied for stays of less than a week
