Our luxurious villa, with its own swimming pool and jacuzzi backing on to a Nature Reserve is situated on Dahlia Reserve, Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee, a tranquil, residential community south of Highway 192 off Poinciana Boulevard.

Highway 192, with its glittering array of shops, restaurants and entertainments is just minutes away. With Disney also close by, Dahlia Reserve on Crescent Lakes is ideally situated for all the major attractions, whilst providing a peaceful haven after an exciting day out.

As you would expect from an Executuve Villa, it is fully equipped to accommodate up to 14 people and features the following:-

A large master suite (king size bed) with full ensuite bathroom (large tub, separate walk-in shower, twin basins and toilet), large walk-in wardrobe, TV/Video, telephone.

1 more King size bed in the 2nd bedroom with luxury furniture to match

2 Queen size rooms and 2 twins complete the sleeping arrangements with 2 more bathrooms.

The spacious lounge with dramatic double height vaulted ceiling and patio doors overlooks the pool. With a large 42" LCD cable TV plus DVD and music system (cd player etc) this room is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. This villa also benefits from a second spacious lounge upstairs with its own TV and video, X-Box with controllers and games and a desktop PC with flatscreen connect to broadband (ideal for those seeking some peace and quiet or to let the children use as a playroom)

If you fancy cooking, the superb open plan kitchen / diner has all the appliances including large cooker, microwave, huge fridge/freezer with ice making machine etc, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc. etc.

The separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The heatable, fully screened 30ft by 15ft pool with separate childrens pool/jacuzzi/spa is set in a large garden with an over sized deck area for sunbathing on the luxuary sun loungers or eating at the high quality table and chairs provided. The rear of the property is fenced down both sides for total privacy and it overlooks the local Nature Reserve.

Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, crockery etc are all provided and our rates include air conditioning charges and free local, national and international telephone charges. Pool heat is available at extra cost.

Our villa is maintained to the highest standards by a local Management Company who will provide any assistance you may require during your stay.

Prices are for the villa regardless of the number of guests in the party.

Prices are inclusive of 13% taxes.

Optional pool heat is available at £20/$30 per day (minimum of 5 days).

An initial deposit is required of £100 / $150 per week to secure your dates, with the balance being payable 10 weeks prior to your vacation.
