It is in a quiet residential area, but is located within a short driving distance of stunning beaches, historical areas of interest, superb shopping, a multitude of golf courses, great restaurants, fishing, sailing and jet-ski rental and wildlife parks.
If you really want to, you can get to Busch Gardens in around 90 minutes and Orlando in around 3 hours - but you won't want to go - you will like the house and area that much!
Built,furnished and equipped to the highest standard,our house will sleep up to 6 people in air conditioned luxury.
The master suite has a super King sized bed, walk in closet and luxurious en-suite bathroom and shower.
There are a further 2 generously sized bedrooms, one complete with a Queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds.
A second bathroom and shower serve these rooms, with plenty of wardrobe and storage space.
The living area consists of a 17ft x 18ft Great Room with a cool tiled floor,satellite televison, dvd player, vcr and hi-fi, with patio doors that open out to the spacious south facing lanai,deck and pool.There is also free high speed wireless internet - just bring your laptop!
There is a breakfast room and a separate dining room, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen, with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar.
A separate utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink, leads to the integrated double garage.
Outside, the house has a huge garden, a south facing 32ft x 15ft heated pool and cage,and a variety of pool toys, sun loungers, patio table and chairs and BBQ.
A huge variety of books,dvd's, games, sports equipment(including 5 bikes,golf clubs and tennis rackets) are provided.
The house is in a corner of a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac, on a golf course, and yet is within easy reach of superb beaches, restaurants, golf courses, shopping, fishing and a host of other recreational activities.
The villa is in Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast of Florida, approximately 90 minutes south of Tampa and an hour north of Fort Myers.
Although the villa itself is a secluded retreat, there are plenty of activities within a short drive away.
The area was voted "one of the best places to live in the USA" in a recent poll and it deserves its reputation.
There is a children's play area and free tennis courts around 2 miles away, if you like cycling, the Rotonda is flat and safe,with specific cyle routes plotted through the area and the white sand beaches of Englewood, Boca Grande and Gasparilla are withing 15 minutes drive of the villa - a "must see" are the sunsets off Boca Grande where you can sit with a drink and watch the dolphin and porpoise jumping.
A little further away is Sarasota, with the delightful St Armands Key and of course Siesta Key each - voted the number 1 beach in the USA in recent years.
If you like fishing, you will not be disappointed - Boca Grande is the "Tarpon Capital" of the world, and there is fabulous fishing from Lemon Bay, Charlotte Harbour and Fisherman's Wharf - all within easy driving distance.
Sailing, khayaking and jet ski's are all available to rent and all close to the villa.
A British management company are on hand to take care of any queries you may have.

This rental home was everything and more than we expected. We were looking for a quiet get away to spend Christmas. The weather was fantastic, we enjoyed the pool, the local beaches. It was wonderful. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
