Your villa is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect distance to Disney without being in the hustle and bustle traffic of other locations. All of the Villa far exceeded expectation and our boys (3 and 1 years old) just felt right at home. After our busy days at the Parks it was wonderful to come home to a relaxing and refreshing pool and a villa to be able to stretch our legs in.

Fraser, thank you very much for let us spent our holidays in your villa. Everyting was excellent.
When we arribed on Dec 30, we found bread, milk, fruit, water and lots of other stuff even a bottle of red wine. What a nice surprise, as we arrived after theshops shut came in very useful.

King Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, spacious walk in closet, 19" Sanyo LCD Cable TV, DVD Player & PS2.
A radio alarm clock is provided for the early starts to the parks.
The impressive en-suite facilities comprise of his & hers vanity basins, large bath, WC and oversized walk in shower. From the master bedroom you have direct access to the pool area.

Queen Master Bedroom

The spacious guest bedroom consists of a beautiful queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, along with a large walk in closet. en-suite facilities include vanity basin, WC and spacious shower area.

2 x Twin Bedrooms of which one Disney Themed

The two twin rooms are accessed via an inner hall, each bedroom has twin beds, double closet, Cable TVs & DVD Players, the rooms are divided by a shared bathroom which consists of vanity basin, WC and bath with overhead shower.

Great Room

The great room has a range of luxury furniture which includes 3 seater sofa, and sleeper sofa. For your entertainment, a choice of 32" LCD HDTV Cable TV, DVD and Hi Fi players with a selection of popular Games, music and movie CD's. A Playstation is provided for your entertainment. Through the patio doors, step out into the pool area and take in the Floridian sunshine.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen which features fitted maple units is fully equipped with double sink, large American style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, extra’s include coffee maker, toaster, blender and an array of crockery, glasses, cooking utensils. Provided is and assortment of plastic crockery for the patio area.

Breakfast Nook

With views straight out on to the pool area, enjoy that hearty breakfast before starting the days adventures. The breakfast nook which is adjacent to the kitchen has a very modern table and 4 chairs.

Dining Area

After that long hot day at the park unwind and enjoy a meal at our beautiful dining table. There is room for 6 people. Exquisitely furnished with many features the dining area is the perfect place to discuss the day’s activities.

Games Room

Just recently added, a Brand New Games Room with 7ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey & an Electronic Dartboard. Add a cool drink and unwind after a long day at the parks.

Pool Area

The luxury pool area with oversized deck and sun lounges is the perfect place to relax on those hot sunny days. The covered patio/lanai offers shade and is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy a drink and relax around the pool.
The pool area is fully screened and receives continuous sunshine from dawn till dusk.
For child safety you will find Child Alert Alarms fitted to all access areas to the pool from the Villa.

Utility Room

You will find a washer and tumble dryer, so forget the washing when you get home, do it here.

Surrounding Area

2 minutes drive north is the Berry Town Centre, a small shopping complex where you will find the Publix Supermarket, a pharmacy, Nail, beauty parlour, Banks, Restaurants and Internet Cafe.
Some excellent Chinese, French & Italian restaurants can be found in close proximity all of which will deliver to the Villa. The Champions Gate & David Leadbetter Golf Academy are literally within a 4 minute drive.
