Welcome to Canopy our luxury 4 bedroom pool home in Orlando, with 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and south facing pool & in ground spa.
Canopy is situated in Glenbrook Village, an exclusive development, just off Highway 27, and about 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort. It is approximately 8 minutes from the I4 (the main interstate running through Orlando and down towards Tampa), and about half an hour from Orlando International Airport, or about an hour from Tampa and Sanford Airports.
A mile from Glenbrook is Highway 192 into Kissimmee town lined with all the restaurants and shops/factory outlets you could ever require, together with a new development at Cagan’s Crossing which boasts a number of new take aways and bars within walking distance. There are branches of 4 major supermarkets (Wal-mart, Publix, Winn Dixie and the Fantastic new SweetBay.), 2 pharmacies, and several good restaurants within 5 minutes drive of the villa.
There is also now a new Sweetbay Supermarket, just opened, within a short walk from the villa.
Glenbrook has its own Clubhouse on the development and guests can make full use of its facilities for free. It has a large pool, tennis court, volleyball court, games room and a small fitness centre. A new children's playarea has also just been added. There is also a free DVD library with a large selection of dvd’s for all ages.
Canopy has been fitted out to a very high standard, and is a real home from home.
It has almost everything you could possibly need, down to hairdryers in all 3 bathrooms.
There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all necessary conveniences, including a dishwasher. There is Cable TV in all bedrooms and the family room, together with DVD/CD players.
A large, south facing, pool deck will give you a chance to rest after a busy day at the parks, and there is a BBQ for those nights you may want to eat in. There are some great Golf Courses nearby and we have even left a full set of golf clubs and tennis racquets for your use.
For additional entertainment, there is a Games Room, with a full size pool table and foosball, together with a PS2 and games.
High speed internet is installed with wireless connection and printer, so you can relax by the pool, and still use your laptop. You can also stay in contact with by phone, with free National and International calls.
For the very little ones, a high chair, crib and 2 strollers are provided at no extra charge.
Your security is also taken care off. There is a monitored alarm system, together with a safe for your valuables. The villa has a computerized door lock, and each guest is given there own unique code valid for their stay.
The pool and spa are heated in the winter months at a small additional charge.
Aside from WDW, local attractions include two Universal theme parks, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and the amazing new Aquatica.. Slightly further afield there are the beautiful sands of Daytona and Cocoa beach, the wild Busch Gardens and the unforgettable Kennedy Space Center.
Canopy is a fully air-conditioned luxury villa, which comprises as follows.
RECEPTION ROOM: Includes 2 two-seater sofas one of which converts into a bed that sleeps two people if required. There is also a dinning table and 4 chairs for quiet meals away from the TV and pool (and children!).
KITCHEN AREA: Fully fitted with a twin sink, waste disposal unit and water filter. There is also a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer with ice and drinks dispenser, 4-ringed cooker with large oven and microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee-machine, together with all the additional crockery, cutlery and equipment needed for up to 10 guests.
There is a large dining table with 6 seats together with 2 bar stools for sitting at the kitchen bar.
FAMILY ROOM: This has large patio doors to the pool deck. There is one 3-seater and one 2-seater sofa together with a winged chair. These face a unit holding a large TV connected to the cable network, a DVD player with DVDs for guests viewing and a playstation 2 with 2 controllers and a selection of games. A CD/Tape/Radio music system is also installed for your entertainment. A ceiling fan is also fitted.Broadband internet connection with wireless link and printer is available for your use so you can use your laptop by the pool and not miss out on your tan. We even provide an IPOD dock so you can recharge your IPod and listen to your own music.
GAMES ROOM: We have just installed a new games room area with an 8 foot pool table and foosball for you to have some friendly competition and relaxation between park visits.
MASTER BEDROOM ONE: This also has patio doors to the pool deck. It has a queen-sized bed, TV with cable and DVD Player, walk in closet, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers and radio alarm clock. It has an en suite bathroom, again with access to the pool deck, shower cubicle, bath, twin sinks and WC plus a hair dryer.There is also a ceiling fan for extra comfort.A cordless phone is by the bed.
MASTER BEDROOM TWO: This has a king-sized bed, TV with cable and DVD Player, 2 nightstands and a chest of drawers, walk in closet with safe for your use, and radio alarm. There is an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, corner bath, sink unit and WC. Again a hair dryer is supplied.Also again, a ceiling fan is fitted.
2 TWIN ROOMS: One with a beach theme and the other a jungle theme. Both have two single beds, large closets, night stands and drawer units. They both have TV with cable, together with DVD/CD players and alarm clocks.
FAMILY BATHROOM: There is a third bathroom with shower cubicle, twin sinks and WC together with a hair dryer.
UTILITY ROOM: Fitted with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes airer. From here you have access to the double garage with baby equipment and golf clubs for guests use.
POOL DECK: A south facing pool (all day sun!) and separate spa, both heated at a small extra charge in winter months,subject to weather conditions, together with high quality pool furniture including a table 4 chairs and 2 recliners. The pool deck has been screened with plantation to give extra privacy. There is a gas BBQ for guests use and a pool blanket for use in winter months. Pool towels are available for guests use.
There are branches of 3 major supermarkets (Wal-mart, Publix and Winn Dixie), a pharmacy (Walgreens), take-away restaurants, and other shops/restaurants/amenities within a five minute car-drive from the villa. There is a small Club House, with a communal pool, games room and a small gym, together with a free DVD/ Games library for the exclusive use of Glenbrook Village visitors.
We also employ the services of an excellent and efficient Management Company who are readily available to sort out any problems that may arise (even on a 24-hour basis if necessary in case of emergencies). There is a comprehensive manual in the villa giving full details on how things work, and details of local attractions. .

THERE IS A CHARGE FOR POOL HEATING IN THE WINTER MONTHS
COST £15/$25 per day
The prices shown are inclusive of Florida Taxes.
We charge a £200/$250 booking deposit, and require full payment 10 weeks before arrival. There is also a £200/$250 security deposit refundable within 14 days of departure.
For short stays, less than 6 days, there is a minimum charge of $130 per night and an additional cleaning charge of $75 required.
Payment can be made by credit card using Paypal, or by cheque or wire transfer.
